Yesterday's match results came as expected, I expected Portugal to win the match and Spain to win or draw, Portugal won the match with 5 goals and Ronaldo scored two goals if I can remember some people said that Ronaldo should retire because he is getting old, anyone that watch Ronaldo and Messi match will know that Messi needs to retire before Ronaldo because Ronaldo still have the energy with him and he can score goals more than what some young striker player can do.

Portugal won the match comfortably without any stress, although the first half of the match looked boring because no team scored a goal in the game but in the second half of the match the game looked very interesting, and for Spain, the only reason why Spain win the match is that Denmark did not have a good striker that will help them score a goal if not Spain will find it difficult to win the match.

Turkey should be able to win this match easily normally. I hope that Montella thinks of subbing in a real striker instead of continuing with Barış Alper in the centre-forward position. He already knows this doesn't work out for the team as Barış Alper is mainly a winger. There are nice options among substitutes like Semih Kılıçsoy, Enes Ünal and Bertuğ Yıldırım.

I remember that the odds for Portugal to win were just over 1.20 before the game. I'm a fan and was hoping for a win, but I thought those odds were extremely unfair to Poland. The first half, where there was an almost equal fight (Portugal was leading only in ball control) was not a surprise for me. On the contrary, I was glad that I correctly assessed the game and did not bet on the coefficient of 1.20+... My opinion changed in the second half, Poland simply fell apart and was routed. watching Ronaldo at 39 scoring classical acrobatic goal is just amazing and this is why Portugal still have him in the team even when he's been expected to be ommited in some games or at least start from the bench at some point. This is not the first time Portugal has been smashing porland with this kind of margin, in the last five encounters Portugal has met them, its never ended against Portugal other than the one Time draw. Seeing that Ronaldo had the highest player rating in this game goes to show how feasible it will be for him to play not just at the nation league to completion but also play at the world and hopefully make attempt to see the possibility of winning the world cup.

There is a difference between being 2nd and 3rd, as top two teams from each group will have an easier draw for World Cup qualifications. Good news is that even if we end up 3rd in Nations League, we will still be top seeded as beside those 8 spots that are reserved for those who reach quarterfinal of Nations League, 4 spots will be based on FIFA ranking so we shouldn't have issues.

Poland team has really not been in good form lately, as it could be seen in the performance of their last 8 matches, both Euro and UEFA National where they were only able to win just 1 game, drew 2 and lost the remaining 5 games. So it's obviously predictable that they will also lose yesterday's match against Portugal, but the goal margin was what we never expected. But however, it was an interesting game base on the highlight I saw on YouTube.

I was impress by Portugal scoreline against Poland their performance this year UEFA Nation league is excellent, 2 goals from Cristiano Ronaldo yesterday prove how strong Cristiano Ronaldo is despite his age.
Though the first half of game wasn't easy for Portugal to win as Poland held them goalless draw while the second half seems easy for Portugal to win as they start scoring goals from 59th minutes of the game in the second half excellent performance from the Portuguese side.
Spain has been unbeaten in the UEFA Nation league this year so I wasn't surprised with their winning against Denmark though Denmark is a strong side as they are in the second place in group 4, something to Portugal as they continue with their unbeaten run.

No lie in this, after Lewandowski leaves it's break or make...Poland could either become a better team or will go extinct like a dinosaur 🦕 but we hope for the best for them.

I don’t think you should down play their performance against Portugal even though the result didn’t go their way.
We can all agree that on the first half of the match, Poland had more good attempt than Portugal. But come the second half, Portugal stepped up their game and dominated the match. We all know how good of a team Portugal is and for Poland playing far away from home to even go toe to toe with them even without lewadoski. I think they tried their best but then this is football. The result didn’t go their way. Again Poland football management should put more effort to seeing the team at the top level there by making sure everything the players need is in place and also.

Spain of today is conservative in how they approach games, not any different from the tiki taka era but hey it's about getting the wins which they do but more can be done to make them an invisible team .
