There is hardly any English player that we can tag as a key player in England. All positions in the English squad have 2 to 3 players available that could take that place if one of the players reports injured. That is how richly blessed the team is. The problem of any coach that has handled England has never been the players, but team management. Coaches can usually have difficult when they are managing a big team with big players. It will be very difficult to keep every player happy. Lee Carsley has really tried holding the England team together until the new coach takes over.
