In these 3 matches I will favorite Scotland, Spain and Portugal. And I have reasons for each team that I like. Like why I chose Scotland over Poland. Because Poland will not be strengthened by Lewandowski. And I feel that Poland is reduced in terms of attacking power when Lewandowski is absent. And I think Scotland could have beaten Poland. Because Scotland is the only team that managed to hold Portugal to a draw in the current group stage. And Scotland also managed to beat Croatia previously, although that was only because Scotland was lucky because at that time Croatia played with 10 players in the second half. I was actually unsure about my choice of Scotland but I liked the chances. So I just took the risk. And I favor Spain and Portugal of course for the same reason as the others, namely because these two teams are still the best to date. Because both of them have never lost in the group stage at this time.

And they conceded a goal just 5 minutes before the end of the match. They had the chance to go into this match more assertive. On the other hand, Portugal have 13 points with 4 wins and 1 draw. Last week they beat Poland 5-1. They are guaranteed to finish as the group leader. I am sure they want to finish this group undefeated. I think they will not lose this match.

I was also shocked by Belgium's loss last night when everyone forgot about it for an easy bet win. It made me think about how many people probably lost their bets because of it? The odds for Belgium were very low since everyone thought they would secure an easy win. On the other hand, France managed to win a very tough match against Italy.

Honestly, it’s impossible to predict results these days. Every team is strong and plays with its own unique style. It’s surprising how France can draw in easy matches and then pull off wins in tougher ones.

Belgium is nothing without this players you mentioned and this is the first time I saw Belgium this way on the UEFA Nation League because they always tries to qualify but this time they are on relegation play off, however De Bruyne only plays two match for Belgium on this league and that's their first with Israel and there first with France which they won Israel and lose to France and by the time Israel come back their returning match De Bruyne was no longer their and they had to win back their 3 point, if De Bruyne, Trossard and Lukaku was with the team after there second match I'm sure they wouldn't have had only one win for six matches.

There are two matches that I really want to watch today, namely the Spain vs Switzerland match and the Croatia vs Portugal match. Unfortunately all matches will take place at the same time or hour. So I have to choose one. And of course what I will choose is the Croatia vs Portugal match which will bring together two great players who are my idols, namely Cristiano Ronaldo and Modric. And I think this will be one of the most exciting matches. Unfortunately Croatia is currently not as great as before. Because I saw a quite clear decline in the quality of play shown by the Croatian national team. So I will be quite confident in favoring Portugal in this match. And I hope I am successful with my choice. And I think Portugal has never disappointed me in the Nations League this time. 

No doubt the odds of winning that game are in Germany's favor but also know this that there's the tendency for a result like draw to occur because whether they win or not, Germany have already qualified so it's like they will be doing Hungary a favor if they can share points. Football is full of surprising events so I won't be surprised if that can be a possibility.

When I saw the starting line up for the Italy vs France game yesterday, I had already concluded that it'll likely end in favour of the away team. Italy had a chance of getting something from the game because they were the home team who had the backing of their home supporters but France didn't allow the roaring crowd to limit their performance. France manager Didier Dechamps decided to try a formation that was different from what we've seen in recent games and it did work out well for him and his team had to think he achieved such result without the presence the team's captain Kylian Mbappe is another reason to give him kudos.

This was the same coach that was mocked when his team could not get a win over Israel. I'd still maintain that Mbappe is not as important to the French team as he used to be before. If anything, he has let himself to get cocky and arrogant and think he's indispensable. France defeated Italy without remorse and they have proceeded to the next round with 13 points same as Italy and although I don't know why Mbappe was dropped from the team this time around, my best guess will be his behavior and if he doesn't get careful, he may well be missing out on some call ups and at his club where he's yet to acclimate, he'd best be humble else it won't be easy for him.

I consider Poland already dead as a team as their performance in this Nations League has been very poor and they are a team that cannot be easily recognized compared to what they used to be. On the other hand Scotland is in great shape lately and I find it difficult for them not to win against Poland while they did beat Croatia last time around, I lost a lot of money in that game as I had it Croatia to win or draw. Portugal has the luxury to do whatever they like although I think the coach will make new players play some more minutes to test them in this game.

Belgium's performance in the UEFA Nations League this year makes it clear that their golden era in football has come to an end. I can't recall the last time Belgium finished outside the 1st or 2nd position in any group table during UEFA Nations matches, let alone failed to qualify out of the group stage. It will be challenging for Belgium to replicate the same level of quality of players they had during their golden era when they were considered one of the best teams in the world. Unfortunately, that time has passed, as they will now be taken as a weak national team that other national teams can win

Portugal has secured the first place in the group and will play in this match without Ronaldo, Pedro Neta, Bernard Silva, and Bruno Fernandes, so everything depends on how Croatia will line up, in other words, will they try to play a draw considering that it ensures them (almost certainly) second place in the group. However, in the event that Scotland beat Poland and Portugal beat Croatia, then things would get complicated because both teams would have 7 points, and everything would depend on the goal difference - currently Croatia has a positive 0, and Scotland -2.

Croatia vs Portugal and Spain vs Denmark are the two favorite games to watch today. My plans to bet today would be on only Spain to win Denmark. Between Croatia and Portugal, it's hard to say which of them will play the game. Am trying to be less risky while choosing a bet I would stake on. In the meantime, Serbia looks very promising to win Denmark. I might include it in my bet.

After insulting France that they fail to win Israel now Belgium has to lose to Israel. Is that how strong they are? I doubt. Israel was only opportune. The problem has to be from Belgium. They are not playing well these days, France as well. In the group table, Italy is on top and they are my favorite so I dont care if any other team is underperforming. Am only disappointed because twice i have bet that Israel would lose the other team fails me.

Nine nations league matches to be played today, there is no big match though except for the Portugal vs Croatia match. There are so much interesting matches, even though they are not big matches because qualifications are at stake.

Croatia needs to beat Portugal if they hope to qualify for the nations league quarter finals and will still hope the Poland vs Scotland match ends in a draw, for sure Croatia will throw everything at Portugal but that where they need to be careful because Portugal are very good at counter attack and can use their attacking pace to hurt them.

Another match to talk about is the Spain vs Switzerland, the Spain team are In a very good foam and I see them winning this game with ease, Switzerland are not doing well in this group stage and have only manage to pick just 2 points in 5 matches. It Going to be an interesting match also because I see goals in this match. Spain will want to win this one to continue their fine foam in the nations league.

Romania vs crypus, I think this match will be a one way traffic because Romania are currently doing well and haven't lost any match in the group stages as they have picked all 12 points in their last 4 matches. They are at home now and they will by all means want to beat Cyprus to continue their fine foam also. Crypus will also need a win to keep their qualification hopes alive but I don't see them winning this one.

It seems like Belgium's negative trend hasn't ended yet. And they did not manage to get a win in the last 5 matches. And it's really unfortunate because they also just lost to Israel with a narrow score of 1-0. Injuries to several key players and the absence of several mainstay players from the Belgian national team have really put this team in a condition that is not optimal. And I am quite disappointed with this result. because yes, I favor Belgium in that match. because in the previous meeting against Israel, we know that Belgium managed to win with a fairly convincing score, but in the second meeting it turned out that Israel managed to win and sent Belgium home empty-handed in that match.

But I am very satisfied with the results of the Greece vs Finland match and the England vs Ireland match. Because my prediction was correct because I favored Greece and England. and for today's match I am really looking forward to the Croatia vs Portugal match and I will favorite Portugal without hesitation.

Spain > Switzerland and Croatia < Portugal might be the most exciting games with the second one seems to be harder to predict since Croatia is a team that should not be underestimated. Switzerland is a good team also but they lost a lot of performance comparing to the past.
Otherwise the match between Serbia and Denmark comes third. The others aren't that interesting and quite random for me.

This game of Spain vs Switzerland I bet in favor of Spain team, because the winning record of Spain team is that they have not lost a single match, they have won 4 matches in a row. But the Swiss team's performance is very bad so far they have no Swiss team win list in the points table, and fewer gamblers have bet in favor of the Switzerland team. However, according to the performance and experience of the game, Spain team will perform the best in today's match.
But football is a game of uncertainty and the outcome of this game is likely to change at any moment, but I am confident that Spain will win today's match.
