Yes I check spam folder but my first four withdraws comes  to my main folder in mailbox on website Coinpot there is only withdraw request no pending status nothing also I'm claiming from my mobile phone so each connection can have different ip so maybe that make issues what you think?

It's difficult to say because they won't even address the issue. But I think the problem is if you claim from the same ip instead of different ips, I think. I don't know.

Does any one solve problem with not coming confirmation emails I make 4 withdraws and now I don't receive confirmation emails I can reset password via forgot it but still no confirm mail I send few mails to support but no response I don't know wait or leave it ??

Why would you reset your password if the problem is that you don't get confirmation emails for withdrawals? An honest question not rhetorical.

I'm waiting for another withdrawal I hope it will go through because otherwise I know I'm not going to get any help.

I've been waiting for almost 24 hours and this withdrawal is still pending. I'm still giving it time, but all this talk about payments not coming through has made me nervous. I've always received payments within a few hours of request. This is so far the longest I have waited. And 'conveniently' I made a deposit to CoinPot prior to the request. But since they say the withdrawal process can take up to 48 hours I'll wait and see.

That does sound odd. Each time I've made a withdrawal I've had an email with a link to click to confirm action. Have you definitely checked your spam box? If you can still log in check the withdrawal status.

I've made several withdrawals from Coinpot and never had a problem. Satoshis arrive promptly and charges are as explained on the website.
I even had a couple of decent payouts from surveys which went through fine after the waiting period.

So far me too. I have even successfully deposited Dogecoins [from FreeDoge.co.in].

But their silence is worrying. And they are not even trying to address the problems these users are having. They are taking the attitude that we are getting free coins and so we don't deserve to be heard or receive help. Not even the ones about setting the 2 factor authentication and about linking accounts.

I'm waiting for another withdrawal I hope it will go through because otherwise I know I'm not going to get any help.

The withdraw button just does nothing in coinpot. Sad

This happened to me recently. Try reloading the page or logout and then in again. It worked for me and I was able to successfully make a withdrawal.

so at least you are being paid now (on your new account) - doesnt that prove to you they arent a scam?

Some of them aren't accusing CoinPot of scam [even if some are]. But CoinPot shouldn't selectively or arbitrarily tag users as scammers [if that's what they are doing] and simply not pay without any explanations or warning.

Never had a problem and never seen anything disappearing from my wallets...they almost pay me every other day and I've never waited more than 24 hours for a payout. Top Notch in my book!!!

I already have several collections made in BTC, LTC and DOGE and so far I have not had problem, all my payments have reached maximum in 24 hours to my wallets.

I suppose that as in every company must happen isolated events that I hope the company in the moment resolves them since its prestige is at stake.

its not great when they don't reply to emails I think there's something dodgy with this site, not even a official ann here that would be the first thing I would do
Actually, they made ann thread, but it's locked and without replies. Coinpot said that users have to contact them via support email, instead of posdting on bitcointalk. But it looks that Coinpot doesn't care about their users at all.
We see that many users don't get payouts. I'm not sure, is it selective scamming or just bugs on their system. Anyway, there is no way to solve these problems if they ignore users messages.

This just paid out for me to my bittrex in LTC. It took me a week and a half or nearly 2 weeks to get a bit past the threshhold for payouts. I used all their sites that paid into coinpot, then converted all 3 currencies to LTC so I could xfer it out to bittrex wallet with a smaller fee.

It all arrived in a few hours. That being said, clicking captchas for days all for a measly 1.50 in LTC is weak and you are much better off spending that time on Amazon Mechanical Turk in terms of returns.

That is low but at the moment Coinpot.co is only linked to a few sites. You need to spread your clicks over more faucets and choose the ones that pay well and have short waiting times between claims.
Hopefully Coinpot will add more sites as it has a very intuitive GUI and is a great starting point for beginners.

I requested a payout from coinpot today and it had status "completed" within like 5-6 hours. The coins arrived at the specified wallet address. So no problems with the payout it seems.

Although the sites seem to be loading a lot quicker now I'm still havin problems with the Captchas - I often have to do them three times and refresh page before I can claim. I sometimes notice the tab 'flickering' which usually signals it's not going to work. Maybe there's a plugin issue here?
Also, I've never had a problem being paid. And I agree, look out for that missing '0' - the Satoshis are still there it's just the way it's displayed.

This Coinpot.co is a scam! Yesterday i just lost my earnings from 0.00006481 to 0.00000661 BTC. How can i attached photo's here? Dang this site. Coinpot is a SCAM dont fall with them.

Are you sure it's 0.00000661 and not 0.0000661? Coinpot doesn't display zeros after last non null digit, so sometimes it seems you've lost satoshi, but they're back after next Faucet claim.
In your case you may have 6610 satoshi, so 129 satoshi more than 6481,quite possible after a Faucet claim.

Grahamlyons,  I'm not a scammer but I've never been paid on my first account, had to create another one to get paid.

i never said you were a scammer.
just saying that coinpot probably doesnt pay to scammers. however if you arent a scammer but havent been paid, then maybe you have been unlucky to have been detected as their system as a scammer.

so at least you are being paid now (on your new account) - doesnt that prove to you they arent a scam?

...and yet they keep on paying to almost everyone else (including me)
this is their wallet https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1CPg9Sc4AgABkz94AukSf9o8EeNruEZYp7

over 26 btc total paid out, including a payment of nearly 2 btc just today to 861 accounts
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1CPg9Sc4AgABkz94AukSf9o8EeNruEZYp7/transactions

they are probably just paying out to legitimate users and not paying to scammers/etc.
if you are not a scammer and havent been paid then maybe you are just unlucky, i dont know Sad

My 0.001 btc withdrawal was never sent either. I requested it on 12 July, clicked the link in the confirmation e-mail within the hour.

https://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/176242Coinpot20170712.png

It's now 12 days later, and still nothing.

[..]

Coinpot never sent the 0.001 btc transaction, and never responded to my support request about it.

Yesterday I've requested a withdrawal of 0.00057000 btc to my XAPO wallet, and clicked on the link in the confirmation e-mail. The amount was subtracted from my CoinPot balance, and the transaction got marked as PENDING. After less than 24h, the 'PENDING' status was removed, but the amount never arrived in my XAPO wallet.

Read this thread, and you'll see that many CoinPot customers share this experience: they withdraw money, but CoinPot DOES NOT SEND the transactions. And the anonymous owner/admin does not answer to support requests. For these customers, CoinPot is effectively a SCAM.

My advice: don't use Coinpot, it cannot be trusted. Stay away!
