The system of elasticity does NOT affect the block reward (ie. the subsidy). Nor does it directly impact anyone's wallet balance, as in, without their interaction. Sorry all, but the details are under wraps until we get closer to releasing. Trust me, I wish we could say more as it is very exciting, however, it is in our best interest to keep it on the DL.

I guess, "elasticity" means change of block generation algorithm. Periodic block generation and meaningless calculations are a trash for payment system. If block generation will depend of new transactions appearence - it will be really great.Cheers,

So, first I set my miners on VTC, then immediately buy the coins on exchanges, then block reward goes skyhigh, then I mine even more coins. Everyone wakes up and starts buying VTC, then I mine even more and then I sell all VTC for nice price.

I have no idea, just joking a bit. BTW just bought 35k VTC on cryptsy, I think it's a good moment to buy.

No idea what owner of these 2 buy/sell walls trying to achieve. Selling at this price is something I can't understand, it does not worth a time for setting up order. Everything up to 25 cents is bargain.Some people just want the price to be low, when you see sell walls moving just to control the price.
