Right now, best thing is to do is wait for the next rise. Don't let your lost is to be realized by selling them. Until you sell them officially, you don't lose your money and everybody seeks a bull market in near future.
At present, the price of bitcoin is a little lower, so now it's not a good time to sell bitcoin. If you do not have too much problems, then you keep your coins in the moment. In the future the price of bitcoin will be increase, then you feel sorry for it. So I'll say you keep your coins in place.

Yes, this year I got some scam. It's really waste of time. Hopefully the market can recover soon even though I think it cannot happen by the end of this year. 
I think you should keep. Try to keep them a little longer to get a higher price. I believe that the market will soon recover and grow fast next year. Do not rush to sell them, you will regret it again.
In my opinion for this time If you don't need to be interesting but confused, I would personally recommend holding, because I believe the price of Bitcoin will continue to increase over the next few years so we are just waiting for time problems patiently.

Just keep on holding your altcoin or coins because it will pump up again and I suggest do not cut your losses and just hold it. You should bear it and all of the people now are frustrated because of the falling price of altcoin in market. Do not give up easily and just be patient simply because the token that you hold will recover and will become more expensive.Any advise that will be useful is welcome.
I think that it’s best to plan your actions right now, because very soon the market will start to move upwards and the market will have growth, so plan what you want from the market and work correctly in the market. So just try to analyze and start thinking with your head.

I suggest you don't give up even if you lose some of your assets. if you give up now then you will never be better than now. You must continue to improve your insight into crypto, especially in terms of choosing coins and monitoring market movements so that you will be easier to invest and benefit from crypto.

You need to find out and know in advance what makes you experience losses.
