The crypto market is generally bearish now and if someone decided to sell his/her holdings now then such person will be in huge loss. The main thing is patience because I believe the bearish market will soon be over and we will have another bull run.
There's only one piece of advice I think is right. You need to be patient and wait for the market to recover. Remember that as long as you haven't sold your coins, you haven't lost anything.
Currently market seems like at good bottom. We can hope market will be in good standings in the coming month. Even in next two to three months market will achieve it's peak value. 
The only thing that can be advised in the current environment is simply to do nothing. Therefore, you need to be patient and wait until the gradual recovery of the crypto market begins. If you work with reliable cryptocurrencies, their prices will definitely increase in price over time.
Why all people advise just hold and wait? It's better ro trade during the current flat. I sold a lot of my projects after falling, because mostly of them were shitcoins that I bought on the hipe. I reinvested this money and got some profit instead of just waiting and losing money. 
I think that at the moment the best thing you can do is to keep everything in the long term and wait for the next growth, and then decide what you do, sell or keep until the next cycle.

You just have to wait if you want to get some profits. This is crypto, although market price has falling, but i believe someday it will reach the price you bought your coin again. My advice is, try to search a good coins which have good potential like ripple or monero and accumulate them in your wallet.
Frankly speaking i am expected again BTC increase the rank of newbies. My rank is also replace last month, so i am waiting for this moment when BTC again promote the rank of newbies.
To be honest, not only have you experienced this, but almost everyone has experienced this, my advice is that when the coin price you hold falls, don't sell it, because you will experience a loss, so hold on for longer until your coin rises and you even avoid losses

You need to find out and know in advance what makes you experience losses. If you buy coins that do not have the potential or you sell them because of panic the price continues to fall, then be patient and also you need to do analysis and research before you buy coins to invest, whether the coin has the potential to increase if we hold it in sufficient time old or not.Any advise that will be useful is welcome.

If the tokens you hold is all fall due to this bearish market situation you need to do is to be Patience don't make panic selling because it makes you become worst,if your tokens is potential Coins and listed in top 100 Coins in CMC hold it and wait for another bullrun.

In times and situation like this where the market isn't good, I will advise you to hold your coins for sometime and wait for the profits that are yet to come from your investment.
You are supposed to learn from your mistakes and don´t stake more than you can afford to loose. Just wait for a while anyway, the market will not be always this bad.

These are the best coins in the market currently and there is no doubt about their profitability and earnings.
I see right now some sort of market recovery, but it is only applicable for several coins. But still it is a good sign, people started to buy crypto again, I see better situation starting from new year.
Sell the tokens if you think the price is high and you can buy back at low.

I am in the same shoes with you because all of my incomes and investments are now down but I am sure it is better to hold everything until the prices will go a bit higher.
When the prices of coins fall, the best thing to do is to continue to hold the coins in your possession. You don't have to panic to sell the coins because if you do so, you will lose the money you already invested in. You can also buy better coins that have greater potential of shooting up.
There are several other strategies that you ca try however those strategies cannot be employed right now that the price has gone down so much, one of the things you can do if we are in the earliest stages of a bear market and you identify that specific circumstance is to sell as fast as possible for fiat or tether, that way you will lose almost no money and you will be able to buy at low prices when the market crashes.

It depends which coins you are holding. If they are top coins then hold, but if you have some shitcoins then you
are in problem as they may not recover during the next pump. It is better to change them to perspective coins.
