if you want to invest for a long term, then you need to choose 5-7 coins and distribute your funds in them and wait for multiple growth
I am new to this forum, but i have been into crypto for more than a year. I am loosing some of my holdings due to the fall in prices of my coin and altoins. What should i do please.

If you have too many losses then you should not sell it, and stop paying attention to it. Look for another job and temporarily forget it for a while. The market will recover soon and you will see your investment money go up again Any advise that will be useful is welcome.
The market is in a bull run situation we only have keep it our beloved coins cause we know this will bring a good profit in a future. But if your wish to earn daily earning you must be a talented and skilled in day trading cause a lot of traders are performing daily trade.
My advice, you now have to be careful in choosing the coins that you will buy. Some new altcoins are now emerging, we have a hard time choosing which good altcoin to hold. Learning from experience in my opinion is the wisest choice.
There are many aspect comes into my mine that i'm gonna expecting to do here in crypto currency, which is i'm always continue investing in bitcoin even the price of bitcoin was suffering in the market but i guess very soon the bitcoin price will go up sharply.
if you lose because the price goes down it means not losing but only being hit by dumps, and in terms of the amount of coins it remains the same, and in every second cryptocurrency always changes its price because it is fluctuating so we also have to really choose a good moment when we start investing
Yes the accepted defeat only because the dump process is happening in the market, I think such conditions could be improved if the market immediately rose and the project runs with nice. dump occurred on all the coins, I think it's becoming reasonable, if you wait to wait I guess pump will also bring your money back, but that became a concern is how big your long suffering. I think we need to be patient at the moment . Coins in the wallet, do not sell and wait for the improvement of the situation in the market. You can also replenish the portfolio with new promising coins as long as they have a low price.
Is it ok not to do anything with our portfolio in this bearish market? It might be true that we have to be patient as this recent market scenario is just a part of the cycle of crypto but it does not mean that we will not do anything about it. We can promote crypto in a positive way so that we will lure more investors to make crypto market active and bullish again.

But the loss you experience is not as big as the benefits you get from that experience. With experience which has been previously evaluated, can lift one's knowledge rise to a higher place. There are rarely people who get used to reflecting on their experiences evaluating what's wrong and right, and learning from their experiences. You should still have hope and don't break up.

If I were you, I would have done nothing and would have kept my coins for the bullish attack on the market
I think that you need to wait for some time more. Otherwise, you won't gain profit. To my mind, it is much better to keep coins now because their price is going to rise with time
The fact that you have been in crypto for more than a year means you have gained some level of knowledge and that you can identify good coins. What I will say is simply this, if you are holding good coins, then it will be good you keep hodling till the bearish season disappears and then you can regain your loss.

Patience really be needing for now but I don't know if it works with the others. Some of us are still hungry and want for quick returns from their investment that's why they just commit suicide by selling their coins even in cheap price without having a profit. If they clearly understand how the market behave, it surely they won't do these.

I wonder what the OP did.. It seems like he was in a very hard situation. Hopefully his coins were from some strong projects therefore he could recover his losses in a steady rise or during a bull market.
Yes I know it has been a very tough year compared to last year but it's not the end of the year yet. The best to do right now is to observe and don't nake any rash decisions. Rash decisions will only lead you to failure and losing money. Think well before making any decisions. If you believe in the capabilities of the coins you are holding then I think there is no problem at all.

That's the right strategies to do for now and adding up a suggestion here, we should prevent those publicity to affect us. One of the example was fake news and FUD, because it cannot help us establish our goals for the future. It's easy to have patience but how long you'll gonna have to have that when you don't have exact courage to face it.

Check for updates on all of those coins you haver. If there is any with no regular update, sell and buy a better token. There are lots of tokens these days that can give you substantial profit within a month. Any advise that will be useful is welcome.
