I also suffer more than 50% of my holding decrease but i won't giveup now because if you sell you lost, i just believe to the prediction that all crypto will increase into December this year and we are waiting for that time.

I do tell my friends around here that cryptocurrency is for the though people. Its the though ones that can hold on to their coins no matter what happens. They never accept defeat. Therefore the best thing to do now is to hold and hope for better market condition.
me too i lose now 80 percent but ill still do hold because i believe on decmber the altcoins will be rise again . thats why that iam still hold until now.

Hold. When you sell at a cheaper price than when you bought it means you are losing money.
The only way to not lose money is to hold until you have a better price than when you bought.

As per the news and general predictions, the market will surely rise till this December. So if you want to fulfill the loss you have seen in your wallet value in last few days , you should hold right now . But still if you feel that loss is rising and rising and cannot be fulfilled, then you should sell.
i might recommend going directly from fiat to those vs. Fiat to BTC and then BTC to another currency. you'll pay commission on two transactions rather than one from fiat to ETH or BCH.
All you have to do is get rid of the panic. It's impossible for you to sell in bad condition, only the loss you get. So, I suggest to hold it.

It will make matters worse if you sell it, and the losses you will get, don't panic for the market now which is continuing to decline, keep calm and wait for the current loss but if you do a hodl it is possible that you can take big profits, because one time the increase will definitely occur if you are still patient in the current market situation
