There is a lot of dangerous advice being given here. If you think that the entire market is just going to eventually pick and recover you're very much mistaken.
Some alt coins will enevitablly die out. This is an unprecidented time where anyone can copy a cryptocurrency core code distribution and market their own alt-coin. The vast majority of these have very little practical use, or at least simply mimic what another 100 altcoins are already doing.
I see a time come where most altcoins will be worth nothing and only a few remaining will stand below Bitcoin itself.
The bottom line is - there are going to be lots of people who will lose a FORTUNE in the coming years through investing in altcoins. Hodl is the best thing to do when the the market starts to go down. Many experts says that its better to hold when the market is down because there is a chance that the market will pump. If you sell it before the pump happen, that is a huge mistake you'll done so its better to hold. but for some shitcoins its better to dump them since the coins are scam or trash

Try to trade. Not all techniques is positive when it comes to HODLing coins. What I mean is that, HODLing is not always the answer to the downfall of cryptocurrencies. Maybe the ICO is having a trouble so we need to find out others that can provide as more opportunity.
If I have any altcoin now I'd like to get rid of it, because I guess it's not the real bottom yet. If (or better to say when) BTC drops to 5000 or even 4000 many alts will almost die in relation with their current state.

don't worry about that , it's normal situation in cryptocurrency market because now the market is in downtrend . Now you should hold them and never sell it until the dowtrend appears . So tell me what you coin has fallen so much ? if they are below 100 seats then I would sell on your site , unless of course you have the top coins then wait for the market recovery then! 
if you don't want to lose then you have to hodl but if you are afraid everything gets worse and the price gets lower then you can sell as soon as possible before the things you fear happen but even though the situation gets worse but I believe that someday everything will come back be good and if you want to wait then you will avoid losses

Do not panic and be patient as AtlasBitcoin crashed multiple times within a week and this shows an instability in the market, really i don't know what to do, the price today increased a little bit, I see the graph have turned up a bit but it is still too low, so except of holding I don't see any other option in this because to sell at this stage it really hurts because we had many chances to sell at 20k and we resist because we hoped for a better and a higher price but seems that those were gold days for us which may never come again.
With such a drawdown, I think the only true option would be to just keep your coins and wait for the market to recover
