Why altcoin is in cheap price? We are all asking why this happened. There are actually so many reasons why market dumps. Maybe because of the dumo because last year bitcoin reaches the highest peak of value for that year so dont be shocked if it dumped. But as of now. We are hoping that it will happen again so that our money will be doubled. Another reason why is that panic selling is happening and be done by many people who are afraid of losing money.

I believe that everybody said was true that it can be because of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the main crypto so all other altcoins may follow Bitcoin's moves.

Your second question is the "is it time to buy", If you are a new investor then yes or if you are an old investor then you are fine to take the decision. Your third question is the "why cheap price every mid-year", you know the world has rules and it's followed, so if you think like this then you will get your answer nicely.

1 Because they was overvalued and search a right price now.

In my opinion, the cause of the low price of altcoins starts from the fall in the price of Bitcoin and ethereum since most altcoins depends on ethereum and ethereum price depends on bitcoin. Bitcoin price affects the whole cryptocurrency. The fall in altcoin price is also caused by supply and demand, altcoins are much now so the more people invest in a particular coin the more the value of the coin and the demand also.
