I mean if you are a boring accountant with small office, dealing with the corner 3 shops that makes like few thousand per month at most, and they pay you 500 bucks each etc, that type of small time earner and so forth then I am sorry but you are not going to ask "money or fame or achievement" you would consider how to get more people to do their accounting and that’s it, otherwise it makes no sense to me at all to focus on fame for example as an accountant for example. Or as a carpenter, or a washer, or a mechanic, fame is not an option, that’s artists.

If it's only a small amount of money, yes we need it daily but big amounts of it? Not really. There are people who can define their success from achieving or obtaining other things and this don't include bigger amounts of money. Education for example.

There are free education given to us by our local government. Skills is also free to learn. Success is also beneficial to others in a sense that they are going to feel good or proud of you because they see you strive hard on achieving your goals. It can be your parent or the people that support you financially or through encouraging words when the time that you are down and feel like giving up.

You are the same as what I thought, I simplified the form of success according to my personal definition. Being free to do whatever I want, of course, by maintaining the prevailing norms and values is a form of success that I feel. Money, position, career may be the benchmark for many people to say that they have achieved success. I don't want to measure my success by what other people see about my life, but I prefer to feel success that I can feel for myself even though it may not be a form of success by what they see of me. In my opinion, the definition of happiness and success is to have an affluent life and always can feel grateful for what you get.

I think success or happiness is the definition of each of our thoughts. there is someone who feels himself successful because he has a lot of money. but on the other hand there is someone who feels successful when he has his own business (not much money). and happiness will appear after they feel successful in their own way.
It's true that money can't buy happiness. but (not hypocrites/losers) everyone will be happy when holding more money than before. How can one be happy without money? because when a person has more money they will surely be able to buy whatever he wants and feel happy and successful in that moment. I very rarely see someone can be happy without money while in his heart thinking about buying food tomorrow

someone will feel successful and happy with the definition of his own thinking or in his own way and supported by the money in his pocket

They are totally connected to each other which means that if you are famous or having that achievement then its expected that you do already have the money after that.Its really hard to avoid not to think that

you arent earning something on what you have done or the status you do have now.Success definition would be entirely depending on someones dream.
Some are just contented on what they do have now but most of us do really like to have a financial freedom, no matter what ways or methods that we do able to
achieve it as long it could make it happen.

Success is something that people have always wanted. And to get there, people's ways are very different.

Some people think that achieving success is easy. And it turned out to be something that is not easy.

I sometimes think of my own imagination. In that fantasy I described myself as a successful person, and was recognized by many people. And it all makes me happy.

I think this is the most striking definition of success.
