Try counting 1-10 itll simply calm you down, or sometimes breath wildly while noone is seeing you.

Calming down one's anger is really hard.  There are options of course that we can do.  Taking a deep breath by sitting down with your two hands holding you head down can help.  Run far away from the very object that makes you angry is another alternative too. Grin Wink Grin

Breath in counting to 4 and breathe out slowly counting to 6. If doesn't help, repeat it)

When I have an attack of anger, I take sedatives on herbs, it helps me. Similarly, anger can be released to the outside, for example, by shouting or beating a rag doll.

there's a lot of ways to calm down our anger. try to drink a glass of water,  breath 3 times, or put some ice cube to your mouth and wait until the ice dissolved before you speak yourself. in this kind of ways, will help you to calm yourself from anger, and save you from a worst scenario. i hope it will help to you, cause i tried many times, and it works. Sometimes our days get so crazy we forget to take a minute to breathe. But we must - it is the only way to decompress before getting too carried away. Feeling angry is normal. You need to know skills for managing your anger. Acknowledge the feelings and breathe.

For me I'll try to take deep breaths and I will pace around like a lunatic! Maybe even end up going for a walk around the block. My voice will get raised. Although after it all I'll often end up upset and cry. I very rarely get angry the last time was with my sister when I was visiting she was treating me like I was 2 years old so I ended up just losing it. Me and mum left and I was crying most of the way home in the car.

When I get super angry, I like to go find a room to myself, lock myself in it, put some relaxing music on, and sit down and try to meditate.

Breathe slow inhale ..... exhale ..... 3 times  with 3seconds interval.. Then count one to 3... Repeat 3 time. Focus on your counts and relax for bit and continue to breathe
