i usually do to kalm dawn my anger is to take a walk with my self.

Take a walk from everthing........and most important: take some time to do that.....

I put on music that I know helps me calm down.  After it plays for a few minutes, i almost always calm down.

I just sleeping and keep moving on in my life. Being in angry mode can't help your self, all to do is to calm down and think other's life.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

I usually cry to get rid of my anger. Then later on, I will listen to music to relax myself or I will sleep to escape the reality temporarily.

I just take a deep breath and think about something positive. Or i meditate after that.

Everyone have different ways, usually I take a bath, eat, listen music, and go to the beach.

Easily binge eating on some good junk food and Netflix. But a more better alternative could be drinking some tea and reading a book.

What i do to calm my anger is to breathe slowly in and out and afterwards i count to ten slowly reviewing what i would say to the person whom i am angry with becuase i dont want to say something ill regret afterwards hurting their feelings so i count to ten slowl.

To calm down my anger first I breathe deeply and think ahead of time of what is going to happening if I continue to be angry and then I ask myself if I am to regret this afterwards or not , if yes I shall calm down because I believe in a saying that if you decide at the highest point of your emotion later on you will regret it and I don't want that cause the feeling of regret is not pleasant.

I just take a deep breath,think of my family the smile of my wife and son.and asking lord to give me more patience and let my anger leave me.thats what im always do,and it works,if you have no family yet.think of your love ones,

When Im really angry I listen music. Mostly Linkin park , idk some how it helps me , and after a few songs I feel so much better

What I do to calm my anger is to swim in water, or watch home movies.

Or I operate my cell phone.

And not to drink alcoholic drinks, alcoholic drink damages is body system.
