I get angry so quick and my anger would pass quickly too. So when i get angry i immadiately leave the place, stay alone for a while and take deep breath. That's my formula.

it's hard to control thyself. But when I am anger. Don't talk to other peoples and remain in a calm place. So that anyone don't disturb anymore.

Think of the words you are about to say. You may not take it back later.

Get down to the gym or the driving range. Nothing like smacking a ball as hard as you can to release some anger!

Firstly, I give myself a little time so that the brightest outburst of anger goes on and I was able to sort out a little bit what had happened.

I agree with those saying laughter, or just do something relaxing and realize whatever caused the anger even if it wasn't your fault that everyone makes mistakes : )
And if you are angry at a certain someone you could turn it into disappointment and tell them that, hopefully they will learn!

Two glasses of water to calm the anger. Then take a deep breath, and exhale. Stop thinking about the thing that sparked your anger.

By handling anger you need to consider first what should be the right thing to do. You need to make sure that by handling this kind of anger will not give you a help. All really need to do is forgive and pray for that person.

Go take a walk. I normally remove myself from the situation which is causing me the anger and return later once I've cooled down.

Yes withdraw yourself to the actual situation, it will reduce the conflict, you will have ample time to think properly and assess the situation. Take A walk eat Ice cream go to the Gym or comforting activities you usually do. Its better to walk away than to stay and keep aruging you should avoid cursing when your emotions are high it will only tend to bad descision making.

Anger can lead to stress which is no good for your heart and could lead to death. Try to think of what makes you happy like all loved ones. I have great wonderful cats that help diffuse any anger very quickly when i pick up and hold (snuggle) with them and their loving affection brings me down some notches. Also prob be a good idea to remove yourself from the situation as posted earlier.
