When I am angry I just go for a walk. Sometimes call a friend and just eat outside.

I go shopping, to let my anger subside i will eat and rnjoy while i am at the mall.

I listen to music and play computer games. It helps me relax and not feel anger.

i usually do to kalm dawn my anger is to take a walk with my self.

I put on music that I know helps me calm down.  After it plays for a few minutes, i almost always calm down.

I just sleeping and keep moving on in my life. Being in angry mode can't help your self, all to do is to calm down and think other's life.

When I am in that situation of emotion. I've tried to inhale and exhale. Then I closed my eyes just a second. It helps me a lot.

Sometime I can not control my anger, then I tell some bad words. really I can't control it. it is really bad. The best thing that I do is, I leave that place for little time. then I can cool down. but, I think , I'm out of control lot of times.

It's really hard to control our anger because when we are angry all hell broke loose.Sometimes i do it in impulse like talking in a very high voice to let them know that i am really angry and that i am really pissed off so to calm myself i really have to express what i feel and then after that walk away and return when my tempers subside down then we talk about the problems in mild voices.

i think more than twice before i slash my anger at anyone. I want to make sure if that person make me angry.

I used to remain calm in the past, but somehow things changed and I get angry as hell nowadays. What do I do when that happens? I just go to youtube and listen some relaxing trance music or watch some documentary about the galaxy/earth or whatever. And trust me, getting drunk with that anger still inside you will make things worse Tongue
Oh, sex might help too. If no girlfriend/wife around: use the hand(s).

When I am angry, I usually don’t talk to the person i an angry with until it disappears. I focus on ither things that I can do to relieve the anger I feel and when it slips away, I go talk to the person and maybe reconcile.

As far as I can remember, I've been really angry three times in my life. They stick out as the experience was so unpleasant. The first time I didn't know how to react. The second and third I simply walked away, and kept walking until I'd calmed down. That seemed to work well.
