I exercise every morning, try to walk as much as I can and use stars instead of elevator.

I currently have too little time available, to the point where going to a gym is quite impossible,so I try to go to most places by walking and it has helped me.

It is the same problem for most people to find enough time for health

I've recently discovered VR fitness games, and boy do they make working out super fun! I've tried VR boxing, a sprint game as well as this game called Beat Saber which involves music and rhythm. All these without an expensive gym membership. Smiley

Great topic! I started taking up sport not long ago, so I don't have much experience. I've recently begun working on gaining muscles. My main training includes workout that I found here. But I'm interested in other ways to keep fit, so I'm glad that I've found this thread. Thanks for sharing, guys!

I do 20 hours of rowing fitness a week.

This includes 30 minute ergs, 2k ergs, rowing sessions (on water), jogs, gym sessions (weights, squats, lunges, bench press/pull, core)

I suggest jogging or walking everyday could eventually get you fit.
Keep an eye on your diet, you should be eating something following these guidelines:

45% to 65% of calories eaten should come from carbohydrates.
20% to 35% of calories eaten should come from fat.
10% to 35% of calories eaten should come from protein

You need carbohydrates and fat for energy. Protein is for your muscle growth etc.

I run, lift, play tennis and eat healthy for the most part. Never been a huge fan of running but its more enjoyable since I got some Vibrams.
