I play squash every other day, fantastic sport to stay fit
Also basket ball and jogging whenever I can get the crew together

I take my dogs for a walk twice a day that's all the exercise i need, keeps me fit.  Smiley

I eat a lot of chocolate, cakes and crisps, but I don't become
fat. Anyway, I advise you to do a lot of sport and an healthy
feeding.

clean and healthy breakfest every morning. and 3 - 4 more small healthy clean meals throughout the day. no sugary/starchy junk food or soda

i play hours of video of games and rot my brain and eat junk food.

then i just decided to buy a juicer and do the same thing. i lost already 5 lbs. So its a matter of what you eat lol.
