Healthy diet with lots of water, exercising, and some weigh lifting all on my own. I've kept myself in decent shape just doing these things.

1. Water
2. Fast some days
3. Sungaze

and if you want to go the extra mile:

4. Trip acid
5. Play guitar
6. Ride a motorcycle

How does acids keep you fit? Cheesy
And what does 2. even mean Huh

Acid raises your vibrational frequency, which results in a better functioning body.  When I take acid, I lose weight, gain muscle and cleanse my system all within the trip.  It is what you believe though.

I lost near 50 pounds back in 2012 over 6 months - not in a skinny manner either, I got fit for the first time of my life.

You know, fasting... as in, not eating, or at least greatly reducing it, for some time. Tongue (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fasting)

I have no idea in relation to the acid though.

If you don't eat won't it make your body try to use minimum amount of energy as possible?
And that will make you not to lose wight...

Well, you can't really not spend energy if you're alive: keeping warm, breathing, fundamental cellular processes, etc, constantly require energy to keep on going, so some loss of weight will always occur, I suppose.

I run up to 20 miles a week. But I'm not very disciplined about it. Sometimes I only make it to 0 miles in a week.  Embarrassed

Health depends on 3 factor basically (which I heard from somewhere Smiley) - its a tripod - EAT, SLEEP, WORKOUT. If any of this is not sufficciently given to body, the tripod will break. I try to follow as much as I can, and at 44 I am having no bad health issues.

I try to go swimming every week. Try to do my 1-2k lanes and afterwards treat myself with a big fat bowl of fries. Sometimes I think that immediately topples all my progress, but what the heck, I think I've earned it!!!
