Do you have a personal coach or do you control youe workouts yourself?
I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?  Roll Eyes

I don't do anything, keeping fit and healthy is just too hard, man... I just take the bike some time when there's not enough money to fill up the bike... Yeah I know it's unhealthy but why spend all your time being healthy when you die anyways!

You don't need to workout much to keep fit, just eat healthy and avoid oily junk food.

Gym - weights, fitness classes
Run - at least 4X per week
Yoga - at least every other day
Swim - when I can fit it in
+ seasonal sports

That's what life's about! Wink

During Spring/Summertime I like to do outdoorsports like cycling or swimming. During the cold months I prefer the gym.

If it's a good week I manage to do 3 times a week some workouts.

I generally go to the gym at least 3-4 times per week and spend around an hour there each time I go.

I lift weights in a home gym at 0400 everyday for 30-45 min. Then I either get on my treadmill for 30 min. In non summer months I cycle 30-50km every other day.

Make your daily (or almost daily) workout a routine. Once you make something a routine, It is very easy to keep doing it even if you feel lazy or tired. My workout routine is to do calisthenics every 2 days, and run for 15 min on the days between that. For calisthenics I do 8 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 8 dips and repeat that 8 times each, with 20 sec rest between each exercise. I don't care about looking big like people who lift weights, I just want to be healthy, have more functional strength for everyday life and look more lean.
