Walk alot and do yoga about 3 times per week.  Used to do alot of jogging but unless you are able to jog on the beach it can be pretty tough on the joints.

I mostly ride my bike 2-3 times a week and between that i use my crosstrainer sometimes.
But as some others already said to stay really fit you should also avoid all that dead junkfood filled with sugar and superfine flour.
Just eat fresh and sometimes raw (many fruits/vegetables) and avoid that Convenience Foodcrap which always is low quality and full of chemicals/additives/gmo. Fresh is always tastier and cheaper and if you dont have to count every cent i additionally would recommend to buy only organic/natural/untreated foods like on farmers markets.

I try to eat healthy. It doesn't always work. Smiley I walk a lot everyday. I do some light nautilus workout a couple times a week. That's about it.

My walk to work...
is my favorite because when I leave my back yard about 9:30 PM five days a week, I see bats, rabbits, skunks and people of all ages walking, jogging, or biking as I cross through the high school parking lot and to the university campus where I work on nightshift to pay for my tuition, one course at a time. One of my recent, most favorite encounters on my way home was seeing a beautiful Golden Retriever running, followed by three guys through the high school property and onto the university track Smiley

I fast walk everywhere and run for trains. Try to drink water instead of fizzy drinks and then I drink 2 beers.

You drink 2 beers to get fit? Grin
Is it working? If yes I'm gonna try it too  Tongue

Running (about 20-30 miles a week) is my baseline form of fitness. It's not for everyone, but I love it. I also climb A LOT (like three to four times a week, a mix between the gym and outdoors) and next winter i want to start snowboarding.

I go swimming, canoeing, biking, hiking, or even just seeing a tree and challenging myself to make it to the top. I'm like a little kid. Baseball And roller hockey if we can get the people together is one of my favorites too in the summer we try to do it every Sunday.

Drink kale shakes every morning, avoid white breads, avoid soda, avoid junk food, eat 4-5 small meals a day that are jam packed with nutrients and healthy proteins. Eat alot of different colored veggies and fruits. Try to avoid cow milk and drink soy milk instead.

I actually rather enjoy cardio machines. I like the Elliptical / Cross-Trainers, throw on a good CD/mix/whatever and have at it. I also like some of the group cardio classes like Box Fit / Body Combat / Etc.

I have been practicing Volleyball each week, swimming each morning and dancing semi professional for a very long time, and I loved it. But now I did calm down as I hurt myself greatly and couldn't get back to sports instantly. Other circumstances got me to slow it down even more. Now there is only a bit of time left for it.
