I do not sell the awards that I earned from signature campaigns. I wait a little longer and expect the price to increase. I make a lot more profit. We need this to make money.

If I were you, I would sell my bounty rewards immediately. If the price is satisfactory. I’ll take the opportunity to earn a high profit. But not all, I will keep some for investment. And if the price is low, of course I’ll be holding my bounty rewards for the mean time
usually when I have received a token from a bounty campaign I follow the advice of my friend also by directly selling half the tokens that are owned when it entered in exchange and hold half a token, sell half a token to anticipate if the price of tokens in the market later will even fall, and hold half a token just in case the token price keeps rising.
I will not choose to sell immediately after receiving the token. Because holding time is proportional to profit, but only if you don't own shitcoin.
It depends on how much amount of tokens i received in airdrops or bounties. Most of the tokens i received in airdrops are not worthit to hodl, sometimes the gas fee is more expensive than the value of the airdrop token

Your friend suggested you to early. If you get your rewards, try to wait for official exchange to listing.
If you sell your tokens in the decentralized exhange like etherdelta, your token price may low.
Most peoples trust centralized exchange.
If i will received my rewards i will check first the rate of the token if its high i will sell but if its low i will hold until the rate will it be in high rate. This reward is a big profit for me even i have job because my salary is not enough for my family. Im so thankful for this crypto its help me a lot.
I actually wish and I intend to hold all my bounty rewards for at least 2 to 3 years coz I believed that it will give me good fortune in the future if I could hold them for quite a long time, but since this is my sole source of income and even if its againts my will I get to sell those token that already has value because the needs for financial obligation dictates it. I think in this situation all depends individually. Let's say if I believe in the project, I will not sell tokens. Basically I keep them for at least a year or two. What do you do with the received tokens?
I am just storing them to my eth wallet waiting for the price of each coins to pump until i decide to sell those pump coin. That is the only thing i do with my bounty reward. If my reward is Bitcoin i sell them to buy cheap tokens that i know will have a value someday because of its team and a good concept of project.
Most of the times the rewards are not as much as we expected in terms of valuation, but what we do with them sometimes depends on the quality they have, there is no need holding on to something that will not add value to your holdings if one feels like holding then its their choice to make, but most of the times selling of is what we do
I could be patient at times but if am not i could sell them off but i sometimes hold on to them if they seem very promising in the future to yield me more profits.It all depends on what i want at the moment

I am a patient man,so i would be holding most of the tokens that i have received from the bounties i participated in,because i believe that these tokens would have much value in the future which really depends on the developer team if they are doing good to follow their roadmap surely a time will come that these tokens would be worth as much as gold.What do you do with the received tokens?
Usualy sel immediately, because most part of projects looses its value. Turn in to ETH or BTC and hold for better time.
sometimes this is a matter of personal emotion. we hesitate to instantly exchange coins that we can, but there is an urgency to do that related to the need for money. but on the other side we are not able to predict the future of the price of the coins we can.
