I think IEO will be on top over ICO, with our current situation there are a lot of scam project makes ICO too risky for investment there is no guarrateed that the project is a real one. In IEO, when the coins is offered in good exchange, what everyone will think? Ow okey, this is a good one because binance take it for advertising,. An exchange like binance cant easily accept projects without basis. This will be mud for their reputation so IEO has less risk and be our future in investment
Although the IEO scheme look stronger than ICO which is why investors trust in it but i dont any reason why IEO guarantee safety of investors and we must not forget that the IEO issued by an exchange site does not mean the project won't vaporize off the market or be a scam project. I’m not sure that IEO can completely replace ICO, because the exchanges take projects with a small cup under their wings to make it easier to artificially arrange the growth of project tokens.
Also, not all developers will agree to give part of the profit from investments to the exchanges.
That is why I think that ICO and IEO will move in parallel.
We can't see its effectivity right now since IEO is not fully adopted and some project owners still in the ICO program. But it too positive that it will give to us some changes and it may help to improve the market trust with investors , and possible more investors will encourage to put their money in crypto.Also, not all developers will agree to give part of the profit from investments to the exchanges.

This IEO is really turning to a big trend in the crypto space. It's just what is talked about in almost all the groups I get into these days. If it continues like thi, am afraid even these scam exchanges being created by scammers will join in conducting IEO and investors funds will be at high risk.
Am yet to understand the whole fuss on IEO. One thing I have noticed also is that such hypes do not last. Soon, if not already, most exchanges even the weak ones will start adopting IEO and before you know, it will be a mess.
The very idea is very relevant today, because in general, a very large percentage of people already simply do not believe in investing and, as we see today, many projects simply cannot understand how to do the placement correctly.
The truth is ICOs can no longer survive on the tradition method of fundraising for their projects. The investors are out there on the sideline waiting for a kind of guarantee or assurance before jumping into any project. And here is IEO which offers a kind of guarantee knowing fully well that a lot of resources has been put together by the exchange into vesting the particular project. I think IEO ushers in new era and more guarantee way of raising funds for new projects.

I believe that it is a new era in the ICOs market, because traditional methods of fundraising are slowly dying, because there are a lot of fraud projects at the market. I hope IEOs will be more secured and they will guarantee at least a small profit for all participants of their token sale.
IEO is selling tokens that occur on the market, many exchanges that make IEO, arguing that the IEO is more affordable and faster in selling tokens with the session sessions held, new projects prefer to use IEO rather than ICO

With the existence of the IEO it is now possible to treat longing for the ICO. Because all people are against the IEO. Unlike the ICO which is not so popular anymore because many are scam. I think this IEO in the future will be very good and become the first choice for investment people.
