If you eat just pure vegetables you will more in likely to burn those fats but to make it faster you need to exercise daily to get those muscles and burn that fat.

I think it is pork, butter, milk and oils. If you want to gain weight, you can use those foods regularly. Helps you gain weight quickly.

dont eat food rich in fat content.. increase ur food menu in fibres and almonds and mutton which contains good cholestrol more than an other meat.. eat a portion of all type daily but in small quantity.. this will not only help u to maintain fat control but also will keep you energetic as well

If you want to gain weight eat foods with alot of calories but if you want to loose weight eat vegetables and fruits and only boiled chicken.

Rice. Cheesy we, Filipinos are one of the major consumer of rice and it can relieve your hunger can balance your diet if you properly consumed it with other foods. The alternative we have for rice is smashed corn. Cheesy
