I can say that if ur into late snacks in the evening  u can replace every chips or  snicker bars with smth more healthy and  not that bad to the taste( ex: u can try like evening snacks like almond, pumpkin seeds, some cornflake cereals, some warm milk, and also u may wanna drink some  water with lemon, but not lemonade just lemon and mint ) and drop the Cola to a low level of drinking or actually try to replace with homemade juice from orange, carrots , apples etc

I think usually foods that contain fat. such as: rawon, goat satay, cheese, chocolate

If U want to get fat the best option is to eat a lot of carbo, not fat!! especially before sleep, our body has a natural process which defends organism from surplus fat. The best are chips,cookies. If u want to lose fat just do not eat junk food and try it healthy and less. I can guarantee you that you will lose weight.

I think that best food to gain fat are fast carbohydrates because they are turning into fat almost immediatly.

Well citrus foods can increase your metabolism quite a bit helping you to burn fat but a high protein diet with  a caloric deficit is the best way to lose fat.

If you want to gain weight eat foods with alot of calories but if you want to loose weight eat vegetables and fruits and only boiled chicken.
