The idea that there are healthy fatty acids and unhealthy fatty acids is unfounded nonsense, as there are no unhealthy nutrients in general.

It is the basic feature of nutrients that they support an organism's health and energy levels. It is also very important to understand that there are great individual differences in dietary requirement. Theoretically, all nutrients can cause disease, dysfunction and even death, when the taken quantity or quality exceeds the individual requirement.

For example, vitamin C is an essential nutrient and is preferably ingested daily. Long-term deprivation leads to severe complications, bodily dysfunction, and eventually death. However, consuming 10 kilogram of vitamin C would also have that as result. It is after all the dose that defines the toxicity.

I've heard from a doctor if not mistaken. Mr. Fung. The best diet according to his research is fasting and eating enough fat.
Fat that we think is evil even encouraged to consume massively. But I do not know about the portions and dosage. You can find for yourself.

I can suggest you to eat more on vegetables it can help that to burn your fat and also do proper exercise.

If you want to loose weight, then it is helpful to avoid fats from meats. Actually, even if you are not fat it is harmful to our body. Fat or not we all need to have a healthy diet. Always have it with your meals a vegetables and fruits. Eat just a cup or half of rice with fish or lean meat. And do not forget to do some exercise.

dont eat food rich in fat content.. increase ur food menu in fibres and almonds and mutton which contains good cholestrol more than an other meat.. eat a portion of all type daily but in small quantity.. this will not only help u to maintain fat control but also will keep you energetic as well
