You can eat everything(just avoid Mac Donalds). More vegetables,you need atleast 3 meals a day. You also need to eat al kinds of fruit(oranges and kiwi especially). Cheers Grin

This rice must be full of pesticides.
Too much pesticides in our food
And organic food too much expensive for our wallet.

Rice. Cheesy we, Filipinos are one of the major consumer of rice and it can relieve your hunger can balance your diet if you properly consumed it with other foods. The alternative we have for rice is smashed corn. Cheesy

Yes I strongly agree with rice being a good source of fat. 1 kilo of rice would yield you also with a lot of servings. And it goes so well with your cooked dishes. Rice is also easy to prepare - just add water, set to cook, then bam! Rice is really the way to go.

What really matters is where the source of fat is coming from. The fats found in processed junk foods and store-bought baked goods aren't so good for us, while fat from more natural foods like avocados, grass-fed beef, and olives can be beneficial

for me when iam in bulking days. i eat many kalories from bread and milk also banana and pinnaple. you can mix that all with protein powder and the taste is very nice.
