if your tokens is a good token maybe you should just hodl it until its prices gets high thats if you only have patience to do so. As long as that token you are holding has still a value in the market. but if you find out that token will get zero in the future maybe you should sell it. but its depend only to you. but that token is from a good project you can hold it a little longer and wait for the right time to sell.

You need to stay calm and don't panic despite your loss. Just be patient and wait until the price grow again. I have a token also and it suffer big loss also.Naturally, it will be much better if you wait for several months more. I think that you see that the whole market now has the same problems as your token. The crypto market goes down and almost all coins become cheaper, even bitcoin. You must make an independent decision, and understand if you are able to wait a few months in order to get profit from your token or sell them now with loss.

Right now the market is red and it's going down day by day but I don't think so that market will go more down than this. It has already at its lowest level the bitcoins are not expected to go down more than this or you can wait till the end of the month if you still have doubts on the market value to be dropped, but its the right time to invest in the market for the long run as the market is expected to have a rise in the coming year or two

Yeah that’s an unfortunate but common situation in crypto unfortunately, where a lot of altcoins and ICOs are pump & dump coins or cash grab or scam schemes. From my experience once coins are in a big downward spiral they don’t come back relative to the rest of the crypto market - as in the might rise in the next significant market upturn, but probably not as much as BTC and the best altcoins.
You can’t get specific investment advice on here of course, but it’s worth reading the general advice of other crypto investors here. Like most of them I would suggest cutting your losses in that situation and selling for whatever BTC or ETH you can get, and I would make sure going ahead that you don’t have all your ‘eggs in one basket’ and that you have a well-balanced portfolio of BTC and the better altcoins so that you make the best return in the next big market upswing which may come towards the end of this year but prolly next year. Hold and don't worry if the price go down as long as you did not sell your token you can still recover and gain more once the price bounce back. Relax and be patient it not good to your health to worry about crypto price. If you really think your coin is not so good or hard-suffering,, just do a simple way sell it and change with other more good coins, there are a lot coins you can choose. Be wise and patient.
