I think since you have already loss, you should consider holding if coin still have value and there is the probability of it rising again: through this you can regain your lost coins and will not regret later. Yes, we should practice restrained and not be too emotional and let crypto do their thing. Everyone has lost a lot since the beginning of the year and its really hard to see our portfolio down, however, if we are going to sell every time the market is going red then we are already losing our potential profit.

If you invested in this token only because of short term speculation and is something you don't believe in then you have a problem , if this coin is losing value the only thing you can do is wait and hope in it to go up again and then sell it moving to another altcoin you believe in.
