The best way to save your altcoins now is to be calm. Don't loose your temper. Just see all the altcoins value have fallen down causing a great loss to all investors now. Everyone is eagerly waiting for the right time to sell. Everyone knows that the second half would certainly bring a good turn over either by starting July or August.
So my advice is still holding even if you are currently facing great loss. Just wait and maybe you can get your capital or more than that. If you chose to sell that thing then you considered yourself as a failure.
