I won’t sell bitcoin, I will held. It is a mistake to sell BTC if its price decreases
If bitcoin price decreases then best way is buy more bitcoin..Because Bitcoin dumped many times but still pumped back . And If the price of bitcoin decreases, then the price of other altcoins will increase..Try to invest in other altcoin also like eth, ltc, ripple etc.
If Bitcoin decreases then the average investors are in panic and maybe they're going to dump it because they worried that Bitcoin will drop hard and dive from the sky into the ground.
But this is the time that traders and good investors are waiting for and they're gonna buy more coins as soon as they could because they knew that Bitcoin will rise more than $50,000 in a year or a couple of years.

Despite I also think that there is no need to worry about this current drop in action but I'm not agreed with your 50K price projection. For people who worries about btc I can tell "keep calm and invest more".
If there is downfall in the price I will start buying more bitcoins at lower price as at that stage I will never think of selling my coins by getting panic as it would be unprofitable move to make as there would be many people who would do panic selling so will take advantage to buy some more coins at cheaper price.

You can observe what is the lowest price on Bitcoin, then if you are interested in trading you can buy Bitcoin at the lowest price, after that hold first Bitcoin you buy at low price and waiting to sell it when the price has gone up with the selling price range what do you want.
For me if bitcoin decreases I might invest in bitcoin at that time and at the same time of course I would invest also on a well-known altcoin that's relevant to the increase and decrease of the bitcoin market.

Many are investing thousands of their money on bitcoin like now, new fork is coming on btc expect dump then pump again after fork..lot of people making money on bitcoin itself by just keeping it in their btc wallet then convert to their local currency once gets high profit.. Then buy again once dump again..
If bitcoin prices suddenly go down, the most ideal thing to do is buy more. Invest more. As we all know it will definitely rise again in a matter of weeks or maybe months. No matter when the fact remains it will surely rise again. And for those who have their bitcoin in hand, just wait and wait. I'm sure you all know what to do.
At the moment the market is bearish and all the whales are cashing out. I notice the odd coin is being pumped but Bitcoin is continuously bleeding right now, which doesn't bode well for most altcoins and portfolios. I think the markets are riddled by manipulation and pump and dump groups, so unless you are a whale or a member of these groups, it's really hard now to ride the wave and many of us just lose out because the markets are constantly manipulated with profit takers/day traders and pump groups that just grab as much quick profit as they can. Indeed, in addition to that reasoning, It's the best time for skilled investors and large scale traders to buy more Bitcoin or even in Top Altcoins that has bigger potential and when those coins will pump up more then they're getting more profits and earn more money than other investments.
Since this is altcoin subforum, I suppose you also have some altcoin with you. The thing about bitcoin price is that, it is arguably inversly proportional to altcoin's price. So you actually gain benefit when btc's price declines but that is pretty unlikely. You can sell your altcoins instead when the price suffices
