Right now I'm not too interested in general altcoin season, to me if the altcoins in my possession are doing so well, then it's altcoin season for my holdings. I think we should focus on selecting the right coins to hold rather than waiting for the entire altcoins to move. indeed at this time no one knows when altcoin can rise to be expensive but when conditions are still cheap altcoin prices can be utilized to buy first and after having several altcoins that have the potential to increase prices then can then hold it up to prices and can sell it when price becomes expensive.

We are not going to have that major altcoin rallying after bitcoin bull run because these days investors are very circumspect about what coins they are investing in unlike they were buying out of FOMO and hype in 2017. In this current era only coins that are worth their value and products are increasing in price.

People are still betting a lot on bitcoin halving. It may end soon and correction will happen.

We can't eliminate the possibility because people will just follow the hype and then sell right away when they get profit.
However, if people really sees the important of halving, then we will see a good price even after the halving and it's not hype anymore its a real bullish price that could drive a bullish market in overall and altcoins season might happen this year too.

l would not say that altcoins are independent, more than that BTC plays an important part in the world. Absolutely Altcoins are depended on BTC and it is no exaggeration to say that, when BTC start increasing we will see that altcoins start follow it. To tell the truth l don't believe that to see altcoin season as soon as in the near future. But there is nothing to worry about it, it will come eventually, just more patience.

altcoin session nobody knows when it can happen the most important thing is that you can buy some altcoin as much as possible so that when altcoin sessions actually occur after halving then you can sell them and can make a profit withdrawal from what you have bought.

You are absolutely right but I would say altcoins season will come after bitcoin halving because everyone is on bitcoin now and don't think people would look at altcoins but best we make profits from BTC and waits for Altcoins season which will come soon. If you watch closely BTC volume keeps increasing while altcoins keeps going down just few it's standing a bit.

Do not worry altcoin season will come too just hope and pray that the crypto market volume keeps on increasing steadily to confirm a longterm bull trend that will make most of the coins moon heavily i guess market should break previous all time high volume of 800 billion, if the market breaks that volume target i think within a year we will hit 2 trillion mark and at that point we would see 10 to 100x gains in most coins from where we are right now.

Its difficult to determine when an altcoin season because it is difficult to predict / judge market movements by far . The marketcap value of altcoin varies from marketcap value of bitcoin when price is going up and down its does a lot bear / bull think in altcoin . I belive that altcoin season will be in a stable season in a near future .
