It all depend on your finance, if you have much money you can invest in bitcoin and trading. Beside, you can research more about token, ico. You can buy it and waiting when it price available. Finally, all decision depend on you.
If you are active in the digital world then you would not be asking this question at this moment. Obviously the king of crypto "Bitcoin" is best. Bitcoin is rising so quickly and fastly that all other altcoin are in reds right now. If you check the graphs only Bitcoin is green other than that all of them are just going down. This situation is going to stay till Bitcoin is flying.
I think ETH is a good investment platform. Ethereum got a lot of potential to grow in future and seeing its price its a buying time now. Maybe BTC is bullish right now, but it can soon give correction. As ETH is revolving around $325 from last few months, soon investors are going to shift on ETH. So buy now, before its too late.
Definitely, Ethereum has great potential in the coming days but nothing competes when it comes to Bitcoin. And without any doubt Bitcoin is better investment over the long period of time. Ethereum definitely has become choice of many investors, moreover one can easily buy 1 ETH as compared to buying 1 BTH. But the increase in the percentage of profits is definitely more in Bitcoin.
Am also a newbie but I think its advisable to invest in ETH rather than BTC because of the price
Bitcoin is the best for long term investments because it has many users and Bitcoin can be used as payment in various places
I also think that bitcoin is a more preferable asset for people to stat on a investments. Becasue it is more proven and set a good price and value in the market. So if Pepe want to have a good start on investments it is always a good way to start and to deal with Bitcoin in terms of transaction , investments, or even in trading for them to earn and to have a profit.

As much as we love ETH, its still gonna be under the bitcoin shadow. Right now the price of it is really doing good, but is it sustainable for long term? And as far as I can remember, it never gotten where it has left out when it reaches its ATH, its always a roller coaster ride. But if you look at bitcoin, just this year alone a monstrous increased of 700%. So common sense will tell you that investing in bitcoin is the logical choose. I have nothing against ETH, actually is the best coins out there specially with its smart contract capability, however it can't really be compare to bitcoin as far as investment platform is concern.

Both of them are good. But if you wanna hold for long-term you should choose Bitcoin. If you wanna to invest in ICOs, you can choose ETH to pay them

I will advise you to open a wallet on either blockchian or coinsbase which I believe are reliable, you then need to buy Bitcoin from either a local Bitcoin exchange or directly with your card from coinsbase if leaves in US, UK and the rest of other countries that such services are available. I think Bitcoin is better than Ethereum. The prediction is $10,000 in the end of this year. There are many good news encourage it.
BTC has more potential than ETH because ETH is made for smart contracts but btc is made to be in a very bullish market so if you are going to invest and hodl go to BTC if you are a day trading ETH.

Try to check first if you are comfortable with the following trading platform: my suggestion would be; Poloniex, Bittrex or much better if you have local exchanger there for much less hassle way in buying and selling cryptos as they have accessed to your local payments portal there.
What type of long term investment will you do? Long term as in hold for long and you will just increase the quantity it when you afford or long term investment that you will play with your coins everytime there is a crazy pump or dump?
If you are planning on investing for a long term, then you should start investing in Ethereums, or in ICOs. You'll have a good profit if you invest to it. Bitcoin investment is just for a short term because bitcoin's price is very volatile.

Well for those who can't afford to buy BTC there is a good option with them in the form of ETH but ETH is gonna take too much time to give you a good profit. It will give an average profit but if the same amount is invested in the BTC the profit will be much higher in a very little time as compare to the time and profit of ETH. BTC is my favourite coin and will remain for it's high return on investment.

Trade altcoins in very short term (1 week - 2 weeks). Never love an altcoin. If price increase more than 200%, sell immediately and do not regret if it goes higher. It will always down back to base. Always! So, never love an altcoin. Never imagine how good it is, how bright future it is, how awesome it is. Those are bullshit.
Altcoins are born to be dead. Only bitcoin live.

I would say that ethereum is a better option to invest in now.Bitcoin's price has increased a lot since last year almost 10x times.So we can clearly see that bitcoin is pretty expensive now compared to ethereum.ETH has a lot of room to grow as it is cheap now.So invest in ethereum.

Why must be confuse, both of them is good coin. I think you can invest bitcoin and ethereum
Bitcoin is a digital currency system it's a value is very high increasing day by day and ethereum is a major crypto currency and it's gain more so people are like more ethereum because it's a long term investment in future and ethereum is very less price compare to bitcoin and in future both came same price so both are good only to investment.
