land of the slaves, home of the socialist.
how long will people continue to get pushed around like that, does anyone in America still have the balls to say enough is enough, your not taking my money?

Maybe not? Are you submitting a tax return this year that says "I refuse to pay!"?
Or perhaps demonstrate your lack of need for government by using only private roads, police, fire rescue, parks, schools, weather reports, etc.

Nobody agrees to pay tax, its taken off automatically in our paychecks.

You agree when you voluntarily pay it. Move to a place that doesn't demand income tax. Don't some American states not even have income tax but just sales tax?
I think it's the opposite. Some states have no sales tax.

The premise of this thread is kind of amusing.  No one "agrees" to pay taxes, you pay taxes because it's the price of living in modern society.  If you're feeling the need of attention from the federal government, just stop paying your taxes for a few years.  Unless you don't make any money, it won't take long before you're audited.  Note: I'm operating from a United States stand point since that's where I live, and I'm definitely not actually recommending trying this.

Besides, most people in this country work don't work for themselves, they work for an employer of some kind.  Tax evasion (at least of income taxes) isn't even an option since it's taken out of your paycheck before you even get the money.  So unless you either a) own your own business or b) are an independent contractor of some kind, you're paying your taxes regardless of whether or not you like it.  And if you're in either of those categories, you're also legally required to pay taxes, it just isn't necessarily automatically deducted from your paycheck like it is from people who work for other people.

As was mentioned earlier in the thread, Irwin Schiff stands against the IRS and has maintained his position for 40 years.

Also, might I suggest:  "The land of the we and the home of the slave." where "we" references the collectivist mindset.

Because if for X reasons you lose your wealth and you become old and shit on your bedclothes, they can help you with the taxed money. It's called socialism aka common sense.

This is because the Communist/Socialist USSR fell, also.
They, also, tried to use force to keep people down.
When, for X reasons, they had not enough force to do so, they went down.

We pay taxes because we use the infrastructure that govt helps build. Else for some investments required, there might bot be enough private participants willing

so basically no one wants to pay the taxes.
everyone wants to have the services but they want to determine themselves how much of each service they consume and how much they pay for it and whom they buy it from.

the government is nothing but the most organized band of robbers on the geographical area they control.
somehow they manage to fool some of the sheeple with their silly flags and anthem songs that paying the protection money is for their own good.

You are basically arguing that people should receive services from the government, but should not pay any taxes. If this happened then the government would not be receiving money to pay for such services, so how would you suggest they pay for such services?

I am arguing that people buy the services they need in the quantity that they need from anyone they want, not necessarily from the group of people called the government.

Actually no, had to right-click->search with Google.  So now I know--a crazy who got [repeatedly] owned by the courts and jailed for his stupidity.

Inspirational.

You might know his son Peter.
