It also a mind problem. You see, when someone who really means to you say you something bad you get angry. From the other side when someone does not mean you anything you are totally uninterested in opinion of that person. It even does not touch you. That is the problem. It is emotional problem. I think we should replace these two things and start taking as a good advice if someone who means to us say us something bad.
People have in many reasons, it can be jealous, envy, insecurities, being not contented on what they have and many more. As you will notice, all I said it a mortal sin, being to much jealous is not good, envy and insecurities do not get you any positive things and being not contented is just like saying that you are not satisfied on what God gave to you.
Jealousy and selfishness would be my answers.
People hate others that do well for themselves, or are doing better than they are , the stronger, fasters, smarter etc are usually disliked.
Selfishness because most of the traits and things that people do that we hate, we do ourselves! Look in a traffic jam, if someone switched lane in front of you, you hate them, but then we you switch lanes you hate the person who won't let you in!
In the world some people have very limited mind and they have no such big thinking due to which they are jealousies from people around him due to which they get angry and also start hating because unwanted thing to brain is called hate. I believed, Hate is a perspective. It is felt when you didn't attain what you feel you deserve. For example you deserve to be promoted in your work but you are neglected or ignored and overlooked. Or when you study hard for your subject but you end up having a low grade on the subject.
If it is by person to person. I think they have a different understanding on things. They usually the ones who argue and it becames hatred to someone. Maybe try to understand people more. Understand that people have different understanding with things.
Hatred helps people to protect and defend their ego. After all, hatred helps us not to perceive those whom we used to love, or those who were dear to us, because they hurt us or misbehaved. Human brain receives negative impulses and as a result of this we start to hate. To my mind this is a very useful feeling. It allows me not to perceive the one who destroys the integrity of my Self.
I agree with you. People also hate because of the envy they feel towards other people. Being not contented of what you have leads you to envy. And with that, you tend to say words that are not good and might ruin one's personality.

There are many reasons why hated develop in our heart. For me, people hate because of the jealousness they feel to others. Also, because of the disappointment they felt about someone that they never expected to do such thing. In addition, one of the reason why people hate is pain, pain that people tajes away.

Well it's basically our nature. Being able to hate is born along with ua from the first time we draw breath though i manifests later in life when triggered. Its all over the world.
I don't think newborns hate anyone. That comes much later.

Why do people hate?
People often fear that which they do not understand,
and if they fear it and cannot understand it -- they'll despise it and not trust it,
and if it persists to present it self -- they'll wish for it to go away
and if it doesn't go away -- they'll hate it it for it simply not wanting to go away,
but when they are confronted with the fact that they already despise it, don't trust it, don't understanding it
and know that it will never go away,
they'll truly hate it.

what about isis? are they jealous of the government of Syria or how? how about terrorists who hate people of different religions with what they profess.

People hate because of their up bringing ...Also people hate.base on what has happened to them through the wickedness one or two persons has shown to them

I think it is human nature to hate or to chastise others. In our minds we are selfish and many other bad thinngs and that is why we keep feeding the other wold. However if we learn through life if we get to know compassion and humanity and considerstion then everything can be alright.
Ignorance, fear of the unknown, and religion. That's where hate comes from.
All that is true, but don't forget the grab/desire/greed for land, power and resources makes people hate others that have what they themselves have not.
