Btc is the king of cryptomarkets. The price for king is always high.
Btc hold the rules and regulation of cryptomarkets that make its price so high.
Btc is the first crypto that's why its price is so high.

Maybe my answer is very short, Bitcoin is the parent of all cryptocurrencies, if bitcoin down, then other altcoin prices will come down. And if the bitcoin is up, another auto altcoin will go up, bitcoin is the benchmark for the price of all altcoins.
The factor of rising bitcoin prices, the number of enthusiasts or buyers or investors wanting to buy bitcoin, if the demand or leadership is large bitcoin will rise

Im new in crypto and have a question (a stupid one).. I never really gave it much though and now i wonder.
Is price of bitcoin so high (compared to altcoins) because it is so much superior or is it just because it is THE coin - the original one.

I think because BTC is the original and the founder of the entire cryptocurrency space. Therefore, because of this, and develops its popularity and the total price.
