They are probabling aiming to burn more tokens on the sale of the ICO project so that may take more time than the expected in the first place.
I agree with you. The purpose of buying token during ICO is to make some interest when the token get listed in exchange but the reverse is what is happening to most ICO project. Why should I buy token during ICO when I can get it more cheaper after ICO?? So be,cause most investors are avoiding ICO project and refuse to invest there money in it, hence the call for extension of most ICO project if the project didn't attained it softcap.
You are right, most of the ICO find it difficult to even achieved their softcaps which make them always extend the ICO. This is mostly due to alot of scam ICO going around which makes majority of investors so skeptical about investing in ICO now.
It is bear market - first, there is not a lot of fresh money coming into the crypto, so ICOs have to extend their programs. Also ecerybody is afraid of scam, people lost a lot of money, so today they are careful.
To be honest, I've heard for a long time about fraudulent projects.Somehow they bypass me.On the contrary, investors ' interest is increasing.Let's say I bought XYO tokens because the price is low and the prospect of coins is high.
Why most bounty campaign are extending currently could be for three reasons;

I guess that's because of the difficulties in the market. Projects has no choice but to extend in order to avoid the current situation on making their next move regarding with the project. They need to extend simply to make the project better so as participants, we should consider such actions that are made by the team for the project itself.
I would not say bounty is dead. But it has become much more competitive. With the sheer amount of hype, and participants. The reward is much2 less than last year. With the growth of cryptocurrency and the budget of the bounty is stagnant, that is why you fell like u're getting much2 less. With participants with legendary or similar ranks does not really feel it, but with Jr. Member / Members, the amount is getting much smaller. I would suggest to avoid doing bounty full time if u have a low ranking account.
Most ICOs are beginning to realize just how hostile the market conditions are towards ICOs right now.ICOs that would have completely smashed their hard caps last year are now struggling to even make a modest soft cap.I think the majority reason behind this is the increase in the number of scam and faiing ICOs, as well as the reduction in support from the institutional investors and corporations. Yes I agree with you. Due to lack of investors, the projects usually extending until the softcap or the hardcap is reached. This is because many investors now are doubt about the projects, scammers and fraud are using ICO now. Another reason of lack of investors is that because the ICO price has a great difference when it comes to listing in exchanges.
I think that the last projects are not adapting to this market recession, they still believe that the money is coming in like in December and that's why they put up such high soft caps, that's why in the end they have to keep extending the campaigns, to be able to carry out the project, they're going to have to be honest with their goals and adapt to the new market if they want to survive.
The norm is bounty an ico to end simultaneously, ico are finding it hard to raise softcap i.e minimum for a project to start that is the reason why ico are postponed which will wall affect bounty campaign

You are right, generally it is difficult for companies to collect the necessary sum and they are forced to prolong the period of sales and time of bonuses. On it there are two reasons: bad situation in the cryptoforeign exchange market and huge number of swindlers.
Why so many bounty campaigns are extended is very simple but from my own point of view I can attach it to some factors which I list below.

While some projects will meet the softcap but will be unable to get listed on the exchange due to one reason or the other. So by extending the bounty campaign they tend to meet up their setup goals.

There is some truth to this. I do not think that investors have completely lost interest in the ICO. They just started to choose projects very carefully. Competition also has an impact. After all, a lot of projects come out, some just with a bad idea. Therefore, they can`t realize themselves, because there is no interest in such a project.
Most likely this is due not only to the fact of fraudulent ico, but also to the fact that the market is now at the bottom. Many simply disbelieved, because they were convinced of the rapid growth. But each time all these hopes were scared by another fall in the price of crypto assets. Bounty campaigns could sustain the needs of the Icos when it comes to endorsement and publishing. Bounty campaigns plays a vital role for an Ico to attract more investors. It is the best way for them to advertise their project and coin. However, it is just quite disappointing that some bounties doesn't pay so we better choose where to join.

Its because of the market trend. New investors are afraid to take the risk due to a lot of regulations trying to stop cryptocurrency. After they realize that crypto will make the world much better then those ico will start getting investors.
Nowadays there are so many scams ico but there are still many legit ICO that can be followed. like we know that besides the luck factor, we also should be able to choose the ico well in order that we can get the legit ico. by the following ico that legit then we will get the satisfying results. I think Investment in ico is one of the profitable investment in the world of cryptocurrency.
I think some of bounty campaign that are best and has a huge impact when it comes to a product campaign are extented or make a pause at a moment and resume by the one or two months closer to december which is because the expected market condition is at high level to allow our investors to invest more on thr project.
