i think they want to be strong ICOs and perfectly prepair to the auction sales.. thats why they extended there bounty campaign!! for more investor and make it ICOs Successfuly!!
a lot of money has already been invested in recent months. maybe the investors do not have infinite resources to invest in all projects. thats maybe why ico is being extended.

Agree, because theres lot of scam campaigns nowadays so some investors loss their interest to invest in some project which is legit campaign, theres a lot of project fails to reach their expectation so they decided to extend to get more funds.

All right, there were a lot of scammers in the ico industry. Therefore, many investors are simply afraid to invest money. Projects do not collect the right amount of money and extend the sale, and accordingly the bounty campaign.
Because root of bounty campaigns is ICOs and most ICO not able to collect soft cap in established timeline. So Bounty Campaigns are extended because ICOs are extended, because crypto market is falling.

there a lot of reasons why would a bounty campaign extend among that i would name the ICO was not completed meaning that the tokens intended for the market was not sell all or maybe the market is down (price of bitcoin is down ) but that dont mean it is a scam you just have to be patient and look up for news from the team and good luck.

I agree with you mate. The time of bounty is usually followed by the time of selling the ICO token, as long as the token sales target has not been reached, the time to sell the token is increased and the time the bounty is followed.
Yes, I agree with you, so many ICO campaigns have caused investors to lose interest in the ICO. But for me I have to keep looking for campaigns that are really serious about getting good products in investing.

Less investment, many developers estimated their times at a time when there was a lot of money coming into the market, so they thought that in a couple of months they would get to the hard cap without any problems, but the market has dried up a bit and now investors are being much more careful with their money.
I don't really agree with that. I think the main reason why bounties are extending is because of the market conditions. The main aim of bounty is to raise money for the project but how will that be done if the people are withdrawing from the market.

This should be pretty obvious why they do it. They extend so they can advertise longer and sucker more people in to investing. It costs nothing for them to do this, especially if they're paying out in pre-mined coins (which they almost certainly are), and that's assuming they even pay in the first place because as you know many of them just straight up scam their users.
Most of them fixed too ambitious goals for them and now that the market dropped they are obligated to extend the project in order to achieve them.

The main reason why the ICO teams can not even collect the minimum amount for the project is that the crypto-currency market has been stagnant this year after the drop in the bitcoin rate. Even good and promising ICO projects sometimes fail now, or they are forced to extend the term of ICO or carry it over for several months, or even more.
