I dont believe this will happen, bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency. From starting itself bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency. Years are passed but still bitcoin is in the first position. Ethereum is also very high potential and promising coin, but it will not pass bitcoin in 2019. Not only in 2019 never it will not overtake bitcoin. If we see individuallay ethereum is one of the best coin but compare with bitcoin, bitcoin has more power than Ethereum.
This will not happen either in 2019 or in any other year. I'm fully confident that bitcoin will remain the king among the crypto currency and no one will be able to dislodge it. Most countries in the world have taken bitcoin and this gives hope that he will remain a leader forever.
I don't think this kind of thing will happen. Although ETH is very good, its role can only be reflected in the market, and in daily life, Bitcoin is more useful!
2019 no chance that ETH can surpass the btc in value terms. May be demand wise ETh may have better as price is far low than bct but price of king will always be on top in years to come for some time atleast unless we see some major revolution happening.

I hope this will not happened in the future, because bitcoin will be the first crypto, from 2009 itself it will be the king of the crypto world. Not only ethereum no other altcoins will not surpass the bitcoin. Ethereum has a bright future many projects are coming now based on the ethereum. The price of ethereum will have growth but at the same time it cannot beat the bitcoin.
Fortunately for us it is not going to happen, those that want bitcoin to be replaced by another coin are not realizing what they are asking, if bitcoin were to fall from the top spot and another coin began to take a substantial amount of its market cap the whole market will get destabilized and there is no way to know what will happen in such an scenario.
No, I dont think so. although ETH has a big development recently but Bitcoin is still the best coin in the world. And one thing you should remember, dont focus on the price too much. Because each coin has own purpose.
I don't think so. Need more than 5 years to be happen (just thought maybe happen with very small possibilities). Currently, the bitcoin price still too high compared with ETH. If we are talking about probability, I prefer other altcoin maybe surprised to pass ETH, but not in 2019, maybe several years after 2019.

There are possibilities that ETH could surpass BTC but it would take time not only for 2-3 years maybe after 5-10 years because there's a lot of new people still new to crypto and they only knew that BTC is the King but once all of them know that fundamentals of ETH for sure that's the time for ETH to become the King.
From my perception i can't happen today or tomorrow because BTC is the king of crypto currency but obviously ETH is good alts coin in crypto market and it have good project for future and i think it will reach High value but it can't bit BTC at this moment. 
Never it will happen that other coin will surpass the Bitcoin price. And, in 2019 how it happens. If Ethereum goes up then why not the Bitcoin as Bitcoin is always a market leader and the blockchain idea has come here.
Nope. I do believe that ETH will be able to get over BTC in the future but I don't think that chance will come too early like that when BTC price is still much higher than ETH and BTC is still the king and affect to all other cryptocurrencies price on crypto market like at the moment

To be king in all altcoins, then I think they already enjoying it but to overrun bitcoin in the coming years , it is possible to be impossible. 
Nope I don’t think it will surpass bitcoin yet by 2019. Ethereum is a great coin but it still has a little ng way to go before it can even surpass bitcoin and its transactions now are slowly becoming decongested because of these ICO’s in ethereum blockchain. But maybe in the next 5 years it could though.

Ethereum is one of the altcoin to be highly appreciated by professionals, it has great potential. Ethereum has advanced blockchain technology, which is used by most ICOs projects as a platform. As compared to Bitcoin, Ethereum has faster transaction speeds, lower transaction costs, and cheaper prices. I believe in future Ethereum will overcome Bitcoin. But I think Ethereum will need more than a year, because Bitcoin is still the king of the market, it is still very strong.In 2019 it's too early, I guess that if yes, so in the end of the year it will happen. But it's very optimistic, more real is 2020.
One single year is not going to make a huge difference, bitcoin is still the best cryptocurrency by far and if ethereum or any other coin wants to surpass it in just two years those coins will have to got through an incredible development and I just do not see it especially when the coin that is being updated and it is making breakthroughs is bitcoin.

It's not hard job, but I think BTC have more fan, and BTC is more popular then eth, I think ETH can be TOP 1 coin, but only 5_6 day, because ETH is great for exchange in tokensI do not believe in it. Bitcoin has the whole army of supporters, and it remains the most popular cryptocurrency for now. Do not think that the situation will drastically change in 2019. It will stay the King.
If it's my opinion, Ethereum will not surprise Bitcoin because it's worse when it comes to scaling. Currently, the entire history of Ethereum transactions is much greater than Bitcoin which causes many problems. This scenario is also used in Ethereum technology and Bitcoin adoption is also slowly increasing in the market. Both are good platforms but the top ranking is managed by Bitcoin at the moment.
It is impossible to cross the Bitcoin because the market situation very bearish and Ethereum is struggling to the cross the 500$ mark. Even there are many rumours circulating but the chances of crossing the Bitcoin is very less, i think Bitcoin is most dominant current in the next years.
in 2019 I think Bitcoin remains a market leader, Bitcoin prices are very high so very difficult to beat in my opinion Ethereum can surpass Bitcoin 5-10 years ahead or even more than that.
