I think the course of the ethereum does not change because he is not a public person and it can be noted that the fundamental news doesn’t particularly affect the market due to the fact that the market is manipulated because it is only gaining popularity.

Vitalik may be the brain behind the Ethereum project, but there are other talented developers which are currently working to make Ethereum better than ever as a cryptocurrency for the masses. If Vitalik dies, then the project would go on as intended, due to the full support from its community. Of course, people who don't understand how cryptocurrencies work, will quickly associate the founder's death with the death of the Ethereum project itself. However, we all know that's not the case, since Ethereum was designed as a decentralized cryptocurrency.

This means that Ethereum will evolve for many years to come. Vitalik is only there as an advisor, but it could easily be replaced by another person. What really matters is the longevity of the project as a decentralized blockchain system that could execute smart contracts without middleman. If Ethereum remains as is, then it'll be successful in the future.

Nonetheless, Vitalik's death may cause the price per ETH to decline for a while, until everything settles. By then, people will actively demand the "Ether" cryptocurrency to interact with other ERC-20/ERC-721 tokens or dApps. Which means that Ethereum will become a widely usable cryptocurrency in the long term. Just my thoughts Grin

And if Satoshi dies, Bitcoin dies with him? I think the answer is obvious. The project is self-sufficient, and I assure you that in the event of Vitalik’s death, he will quickly find a replacement.

I am sure that will have no effect. who developed ethereum instead of being just vitalic, I'm sure ethereum has a development team. for a while it might have an impact but it won't take long.

I think that now not one Vitalik is working on the project, so even if something happens to him, at first it may affect the price of the coin, and then everything will return to normal. He's the face of the company, but he's not the only one working on it.

I agree with you, maybe for a moment the news about this could have an impact on the price of ethereum. but after that everything will return to normal.

Ethereum is a coin that is quite legendary in my opinion. The founder's footsteps and development should continue to be fought for and continue to be fully supported by many people who have positive values in this regard. Whatever happens, hopefully ETH will continue to grow.

Why? it is not all about vitalik, ETH has a team!
they will keep develop the coins.
Look on BTC, we dont know what is the identity of creator or if he is dead! but still keep working.
Cryptocurrency will die or that single token not because the creator dies but if the demand is gone!

I sincerely doubt it will affect ethereum. Maybe on the short run, but ethereum foundation has enough programmers and developers to keep the research and development going. Vitaliks death will be categorised heavily under FA

I personally think like that now, vitalik certainly has a reliable team and need to be convinced of his expertise.there will be a decline in prices in the short term but surely the team will defend it because ethereum already has a big name and trust in society.

It seems to me that the presence of Vitalik Buterin was important for this project only at the very early stages of its development, and now the project is almost completely autonomous and no longer requires its close attention. At least if he doesn’t be there, then nothing will change much.

Satoshi Nakamoto doesn't even exist yet Bitcoin is the most powerful cryptocurrency. I think Ethereum will outlive Vitalik Buterin and I am not worried about it dipping if Vitalik dies. It may go down for a while but it will be back up before you know it as weak hands sell off
