I sincerely doubt it will affect ethereum. Maybe on the short run, but ethereum foundation has enough programmers and developers to keep the research and development going. Vitaliks death will be categorised heavily under FA

I consider that ETH should listem to community and try to make good changes. In other case, ETH will fail even when Vitalik lives and it would be very sad.

that is a black swan. And we all know that ethereum's genius is vitalik, and when he dies a lot of people will lose their faith on ethereum. Because vitalik buterin is the brain behind the ethereum so it will really affect the price.

If Vitalik dies, many things could happen to Ethereum (both good and bad). Within the short term, Ethereum's prices will experience a sharp decline (just like it’s happening with Bitcoin nowadays). Also, there will be a lot of FUD across mainstream media, declaring the "death" of the Ethereum project. However, after quite some time, we might be able to see Ethereum rise to its former glory, as people actively demand the "Ether" cryptocurrency for smart contracts.
Taking Vitalik out of the picture, would greatly contribute towards the decentralization of Ethereum within the long term. As such, Ethereum could remain actively developed and maintained by its community without a leader or advisor. What really matters is that Ethereum will be here to stay no matter what. For the whole project to die, something very badly needs to happen (such as a double-spend attack) which at this point is highly unlikely.
Nonetheless, I believe that investors (like me) shouldn't worry much about Vitalik's death in the future, if the Ethereum blockchain remains alive and running for years to come. It's all about user acceptance, and market adoption for Ethereum to become successful in the future. Just my opinion

Exactly. Roger Ver has caused all this mess within the cryptocurrency market. Not only that, but Craig Wright has had an influence in it too. It's embarrassing to say the least, since cryptocurrencies were intended to remove the middleman after all. The same way BCH's hard fork affected everything, the same could happen with Ethereum if Vitalik dies. Everyone in the mainstream world associates Vitalik as the leader of the Ethereum project (although ETH is decentralized). If at any point in time, they receive the news of Vitalik's death, there will be massive FUD at least for the short term.
The most important thing is that Ethereum remains as resilient and secure as possible over the long term. Vitalik being the leader of the project, should not affect ETH's longevity in any way, since the smart contract platform is decentralized. There are people collectively working day and night to make the Ethereum blockchain one of the most reliable ones for daily transactions (just like Bitcoin).
Therefore, Ethereum might probably survive after Vitalik's death. However, if the impact is too deep (or the FUD is too much), then it'll take quite a while before ETH rises to its former glory. Just my opinion
Vitalik is not even a main developer for now.. His is providing ideas mostly. ETH has a scalable field of developers and more will come in future.
