The ICOs will die if investors will stop patronizing it. There are many shit projects nowadays, we will lose our money if we will not study will the ICO that we are going to put our money. There are many greedy person who are creating scam projects.

ICO will not die in this year, 2018. ICO is a big asset of bitcoin to attract more investors so that if ICO will die it is the start of bitcoin to fall. But in my perspective it will not die because there’s still lit of people support it and I see that it will be more popular.

Not a chance. They may prioritize quality over quantity as many of the big boys are joining the wave. But for sure ICO won't die in 2018. We have just only seen the beginning.

The only reason this is coming up is because of the scams . So many scams in IcO nowadays. But real icos and self drops have a working platform before launching such. Something users can see the potential in and be a part of. So , icos will not die in 2018, but will just get harder because of distrust. Icoinvestopedia is working on a platform that lists only legitimate ICOs. The devs have a research team that looks into each ico that wants to list on the platform before listing them. Helps reduce scam and the stress of research for users.they are not live yet though. Maybe in a few months time. Watch out for that .
Although we dont know the outcome of the future, but to predict this, bitcoin will not die perhaps it will grow as days go by, there are so many ICO's and other companies investing, there no reason bitcoin would stop.
