I also think that there will be much more quality projects in 2018. People have gained experience and now they are difficult to deceive. Fraudulent projects won't be able to attract so many people as before. This is a very good trend.

As long as Bitcoin and alt coins are increasing in price and publicity more and more people are going to want to invest into them, and as long as there are no regulations it is still possible for anyone to create an ICO.
