Do anyone here think, the performance of Bancor ICO yesterday is as a result of Wings platform, I will like to see a data linking the forecast performance on wings platform and that of ICO project together, though for now there is not enough data to do that but maybe in near future
So bancor successfully held their ICO campaign in just matter of hours. WoW!!! I guess wings had an influence over it so Coindash is gonna be next. I am already seeing some similarities of how Coindash conducts its ICO . Winning the hackathon is a bit an edge for them . With all the support from Wings including its bounty system .
So how many of the percentage where close to the results of exact forecast.. I guess none.? Or less than a percentage might be.?
but why the platform is so slow? beacuse of ethereum network or why? if some one experience same issues please , let me know how can fix this. cheers

Wings has brought me back a big profit when I joined ICO and bounty system .

extending 3 hours ruined my forecast
The extension ruined more than 80% of the forecasts. It's kind of funny too that those who blindly and randomly made a "to the moon" forecast ended up being the closest lol
After all, the ico was extended for "three hours" although it was cut off around 2-1/2 with several thousand pending transactions...
I guess we should just all be thankful that we got to participate and get something out of it.
I'm sure everyone feels that it coulda shoulda woulda been different if only...
I'm just happy that we were given this opportunity to make history, and any tokens we get we should just be thankful for.
This is only the first of many chances we get, fuess for now on we'll have to put spam attacks into our calculations... Sure doesn't make it any easier.
I thought for sure bancor would raise 600k+ easily, and most likely would have... Would be interesting to see how much was rejected.

The spam attack only lowered the funds collected.
The denied backlog of investments are huge!
If these transactions were able to go through when they were meant to...

It depends on what mathematical algorithm they use. If there were an equal distribution of rewards based solely on the number of wings forecast, then $250,000 to ~13,000,000 WINGS forecast would mean about $.02 USD per WING forecast. I would assume that it will be a bit more per WING forecast the closer you were, and a bit less the further away you were. So if I had to guess, I would say it ranges from $.005 per WING you forecasted, to maybe $.04 if you were very close. So if you used 1000 WINGS to forecast, you would have maybe between $5 and $40 depending on your accuracy.
But that is a complete guess. The algorithm could more heavily favor accuracy and give WAY more rewards to the accurate forecasters, or it could skew more heavily towards a more equal distribution in which case it could be a much narrower difference between accurate and inaccurate forecasters.
Once the smart contract is run we should be able to figure it out fairly easily.
I predicted over 370k ETH so finally that ICO successfully finished with extended time due to massive attack there. This was my first prediction on that platform how to get know about reward amount who will get these?

My opinion is Wings should be credited for the quick success of Bancor ICO . Just imagine it only took several hours to amassed such total ETH. I don't know if it is the fastest ICO in the history but definitely one of the biggest .

It was crazy to see how many people participated into 1st round there. Wings has nice platform so this has chance to grwo more strong in future.

Will you get any rewards if your forecast is half way the outcome of the final result, i just want to know becasue a lot of the forecaster is way of the chart and we are talking 250K USD worth of rewards.
It has been a while since I read the whitepaper, but there is an algorithm that is used to determine the amount that each participant would get based on the number of wings forecast, accuracy, etc. I would imagine that everyone will get something, but that those that were closest would get a higher percentage. But I am not entirely sure, I suppose its possible that only those predictions within 2 standard deviations (which based on statistics would be ~95% of the forecasts) would get something. We would need to see the algorithm to know for sure how much each forecaster will get.
