yes you can change your forecast as long as forecast is live.
no you can split your wings. right now you would have to split your wings to forecast on 2 different project, but in beta you will be able to forecast with all your wings on many projects.
Oh well thank you, I'll split my wings in 2/3 different forecast then! This may be a solution when you are uncertain on how much a project will collect because I have seen that rewards are (very) high only if you get close to the right prediction.

The Thrive project has a hardcap 25 million EUR, and the counter on the site in dollars, is it not a mistake?
In dollars, the figures look more solid =). Maybe this is a marketing decision. If you want to convert to euro, it will not be any difficulty. 
Somehow I got my interest diminished on wings platform because of two 0 rewards that I got from indorse and bitjob. I don't know what had happened to the reward algorithm . I had staked a total of 25k wings token but still had 0 reward. I just want to wait the beta and see if there are improvements.

Bittrex started to scrutinize tokens which offer some kind of dividend after SEC started to look onto ICO's and their offerings.If this was the case, Wings would have been delisted in 2017 when bittrex was too much selective on listings.
no problem for Wings because it's not a divident token. wings holders are doing their job by forecasting and receving rewards.
If you hold your wings on bittrex you can't forecast so you won't have any reward...
It'll be better If there was a way to forecast without transferring Wings to the platform. Moving wings back and forth is a wastage of fees and just leaving them on the forecasting wallet means one might be missing out on sudden value increases leaving money on the table in the process.

Developers of the platform Wings said that they have been looked for the solution of legal issue for six months. I think in this terms the project is doing well.

You have to wait sometimes it could take up to 10 minutes to get deducted the token amount. Every forecast recorded by a smart contract so you can see the transaction history on block explorer too.

Wings is a project in which you can earn wings without the risk of losing wings with the help of ico voting. For example, you have 5000 wings and on the platform of the wings you have opened a vote how many will collect the Startup X on ico, you bet and your wings freeze if you guess or are close to the forecast get a lot of wings. Whether correctly I understand an essence?
You don't get more wings for the correct forecast. You get project tokens, which you predict, sometimes you get also ETH. But you can sell reward and buy more wingsMany forecasters sell their awards and buy Wings tokens. Over time, there will be a shortage of Wings token offerings on the exchanges. This should greatly increase the price of the token.
For 5,000 Wings, how much possible eth or worth of it you'll take per forecast? I am considering to add more alts before market becomes bullish again.
Reward amount depend on the accuracy and the timestamp how early you did this. But this is much hard to tell with that amount how much you could earn there in reward. If you think you have ability to make prediction right than do this.
people are working to build a solid and more attractive platform and “wings investors” complain the timeline.
