For price i think always bitcoin..because rate of ethereum price will follow bitcoin..when bitcoin price growing up ethereum will follow it..we just stay to hold and wait bitcoin will be back grow up again.then ethereum price will up too..bitcoin still winner to primary factor of price all cryptocurrency
It's too early to draw any conclusions, at the moment there are no winners.we must wait until the end of the year
I do not think that btc will be overtaken by any altcoin out there in the nearer future. Since btc is the one who started it all, all eyes are into it when it comes to adoption, market speculation and even development.
The winner is yet to be known , this year hasn't been one of the best for both the mega crypto coins, with the bear market dominating and devaluing them, the year however is not done with, and there are chances that the coins will get stronger at some point, Both can finish the year on. A high note in the long run
I think BTC will still be the winner by the end of 2018. because in the middle of this year the ETH is still falling away ... hopefully this BTC will continue to be the winner
I think that by the end of the year the winner will be Ethereum, its value is growing much faster than bitcoin. Although the latter is trying to gain momentum, it is too much to slow down during the falls.
I think it is too really to decide who wins to ethereum and bitcoin. I really believe as of the moment bitcoin and ethereum, and all cryptocurrency are the loser. A bloody year for cryptoworld. Their value goes down .
In my opinion, bitcoin will still lead the cryptocurrency market. It will take a long time for ethereum to be above all cryptocurrency, but that is not impossible because ethereum's potential shows a promising development.

I think not, because if bitcoin rises same way with ethereum as eth is always second to bitcoin, anyway let's see what will happen in the last quarter of the year and see who will gonna lead.
Bitcoin will not only lead this year but will overtake in terms of Price than ethereum. Ethereum will not have a good 2018 , but 2019 will be good for sure for ETH.

Without a victory for Bitcoin we can not say that all other coins can win. First of all needs Bitcoin to win and after that we can speak about a victory for Ethereum and all other alt coins.
I am sure that bitcoin will still remain as the number one cryptocurrency this year because more peole are still prefer to invest with bitcoin over than the ethereum and for me bitcoin will always be the best because it is really supported now by many investor.Yes bitcoin will stay number one but for many people, Ethereum is easier to transfer with cheaper fees and a faster transfer time than bitcoin

Why It is difficult? if you wanna we can just calculate
19500/6200 = 3.14
1400/350=4
according this we can conclude that at the moment the winner from pair ETH or BTC is BTC!
I think if cryptocurrencies become a global payment system, then BitCoin will be the first to be accepted.
Bitcoin and Ethereum are both useful for us crypto users, and it is up to us on which we will use more often. I have BTC and ETH, so I'm not worried about who will be better in the near future.
We know that Ethereum transaction higher speed than bitcoin and the majority of the alternative coins are based on the ETH network but in this year we are many scam ICO. So, ethereum can't replace bitcoin. Finally, i think Bitcoin always be the number one.
I think Ethereum is one of the best encryptions in the market. Its technology is more advanced than Bitcoin. If Bitcoin doesn't have better technology, then I believe that Ethereum will replace Bitcoin as the industry. The new king.
To me, both of them are loser. No one wins this match, everything is still bad until now! For people who are still hoping in this market, just hold tight, and forget this market for 2 years 
I think that ethereum is better because ethereum has lower transaction fee than Bitcoin.
