I have a suggestion, can you add the web version of Wirex. Well, I knew that there already e-coin as the web version. But it just seems more easy if there website use Wirex as the domain, so it won't confuse a new customer who just know about this.

Where is the mistake?

the "mistake", as mentioned on multiple occasions, may be due to a hotfix deployed which reprocessed all the old transactions, correcting the balances, but potentially leading to some old transactions (already accounted for in the account balance but not reflected in the ledger at the time) to be showing as new. This is the 99% reason for the "mistake" you mention.

as far as I can see, the issue was addressed - the balance was showing incorrectly, which happens sometimes. To avoid delays with answers from support, please, try to avoid sending multiple messages on the same subject. Thank you for understanding

I have had my card for a while now, I am trying to verify account but it just says "Verifying" ... it's been like that for over two weeks ... I have tried to contact support but no one has gotten back to me... What is the deal ?
