Any update on the Paypal situation?
When I spoke to Paypal CS today, they mentioned that selling mining equipment does not violate TOS and were awaiting a phone call from you. Upon confirmation, your account would be unfrozen and the funds would be released.

Why would they Photoshop a floating laptop? Unless they use the same guy who does North Koreans PR images.

I'm a bit skeptical on this, if you look at the 4th picture where they are flashing the firmwares of the avalon chips how is that laptop floating on air with nothing to hold it up? that chair beside it does not have anything coming out to hold it. that bit tech screen sure does not look like a clean LCD screen as the edges are not straight edges but rather ripply edges.

Seriously though you need some benches or else youll fuck your back up. who cares about the esd that you can be building up on that carpet.

on PayPal:
you should contact them and your funds should release when you ship and provide tracking numbers. they are not against mining equipment. but they do have a memory and experience with the 2 above mentioned headaches.

Wow, Paypal is taking a hard line against BTC. They probably don't want to get mixed up in it in case the US gov starts restricting it.

Wow, Paypal is taking a hard line against BTC. They probably don't want to get mixed up in it in case the US gov starts restricting it.
No escrow for now, we have recieved overwhelming response from customers and enough orders that we think its enough for decent reviews without taking the risk of escrow, you can wait until enough customers have purchased units.
Paypal has restricted our account we are trying to resolve it with paypal as we speak - It seems that paypal is not fond of Bitcoin or Bitcoin mining related equipment , I figured this would happen eventually but not so soon. Two first orders are shipped , If we manage to resolve it with paypal we will ship the units according to the customers that paid with paypal - otherwise our customers will get refunded by paypal if we dont resolve this, and we will stop using paypal. For the customer that paid with BTC we will ship your unit on Thursday.
So you have sold overwhelmingly 1 unit with BTC ? The rest are paypal and frozen ( or to be refunded).

I understand you aren't gettin on to well there with the well respected Mr Canary, there are other respected members here who offer Escrow.
