Paypal is discontinued permanently unless Paypal relents and unbans my accounts. Dwolla "fee" is 2.5%, which is about half what Paypal was, so it's a better deal... although it sucks for the international folks, since Dwolla is US only.
As far as being under attack, it's possible someone is doing a block withholding attack, but it's fairly unlikely... our luck has been crazy good lately, this is fate catching up with us.
