I have not seen the kind of LeBron for quite some time that played like he did against the Bucks. He was aggressive and was trying to send a message to Giannis. Yeah LeBron shut him down in some point of the game in the low post. The Lakers did a good job defensively, and somehow exposed the Bucks by giving the ball to whoever Giannis guards.
I love to see this match up in the Finals. While, another good game again to watch between the Lakers and Clippers this sunday.
Lakers won but in all fairness it wasn't a flawless victory, they for sure find a hard time defeating the Bucks Cheesy ~ It was only a 10 point deficit. If ever these two teams will face on the Finals for sure it will be explosive Shocked. I believe that losing is not the fate of Bucks, I know that they have the right harmony to beat Lakers (if Lakers will make it through the end, there are so many contenders on the West tho).
Clippers and Lakers are both hot, they both chances to extend and reached the finals, it's tough to choose between this two teams as Leonard and James are bringing their teams into it's finest. The chance are equal for this terms to meet in the West finals.

Lebron being so good for so long is probably due to him taking care of himself better than any other person so far but also having the technology to do so. I am sure from now on we will see a lot more players who will play at around 40 years old as well because technology of sports science has improved a lot and taking care of body is a lot easier today than it was 30 years ago. Players who started the league today will be able to play for 2 decades without too many problems unless they face big injuries.

Obviously, there are still times like what happened to Kobe (rip) where no matter how much you take care of yourself you will never be like before, but without that type of career ending type of injury, many players will play until 40 without a problem. So, that means good players (many superstars from today's game like Giannis) could very well break into 40k points in the next 10 or so years if they do not get a horrible injury streak or anything and just play 10 more seasons with a decent health.

I think Bucks can still win against Clippers in the Finals.
Great, you'll certainly have a good odds backing the Bucks, actually Lakers, Clippers and Bucks, these teams are the favorites to win the NBA championship. Their betting odds are as follows.

Los Angeles Lakers   +225
Milwaukee Bucks   +225
Los Angeles Clippers   +325

Lakers to be in the finals is possible but I see another beast in the West, it's the clippers.

The flow will be most likely (Clippers beat Lakers in the west and then Clippers beat the bucks in the NBA finals).
That would be another disappointment from Giannis but his killer which is The Klaw and Leonard will again win a championship in his new team.

I doubt it, I think the result will not that be surprising.

I can't speculate about that but for now, let's just use their games to it. As far as I know, these two teams fought in the court twice, and those games are won by the Milwaukee Bucks. 129 to 14, and 119 to 91. The first game, Kawhi was not in the game and they fought well better than when Kawhi is there with a 28 score deficit. I know that these data is not that reliable with the small number of games they have but still, I think Bucks can still win against Clippers in the Finals.

Lebron could literally break 40k points if he continues like this. I know it will be very very tough and I know it requires a longevity that we haven't seen in probably 30 years but dude is on the way to being one of the best players at 35 years old that ever played at that age and he doesn't look to be stopping. Dude is literally leading the league in assists this year at age of 35, which is insane to think about.
I am not surprise man, Lebron is named as King for a reason, he'll make history if he continues to be healthy.
Health is all he needs as he has the talent, and he is spending much for his body and we are seeing that now, he invested on his capital.

Even if he avarages 1500 points in the next 4 seasons (by age of 39) he would be able to break the 40k point barrier, lets be honest unless he gets a super bad injury he can average 1500 points quite easily, dude is around that level right now and we still have 20 games or so left in the season as well. I think we will see lebron at age of 40 with a 40 thousand point, 10 thousand assist and 10 thousand rebounds which if you ask me will probably never happen in the next decade after him, dude has been a machine of excellence and I do not see anyone else being that good for that consistently ever again.
Like I said let's hope he will remain healthy as only injury can stop him from making new stats.

All time leaders in points made, he is currently rank at number 3, no surprised he will be in the top soon.

It assists, he is currently at number 8 now but I think it's hard to beat the number 1, which made 15,806 assists in his career.

Let see if they adjust for that matters since if they will really on 3pts then  they will be anticipated by the opponent and in future they will got a problem in the paint area since I'm sure with this  their opponent will use that as their weakness to beat their ass up especially if they face Lakers or Clippers in play offs.
Playoffs is different, a lot of adjustment that is going to happen as no team would just allow to be beaten by their opponent.

The Rockets small ball are effective against the Lakers despite they have tall centers, if you guys remember they beat the Lakers with a good margin, but Rockets also loss against the Clippers, so probably it could be just a bad night for the Rockets, let us not over react, its just one game.

What is happening with the Rockets? are they expose by the Clippers here? I was thinking it would be a close game but it seems like the Clippers are betting them every quarter,.. Rockets are dead when their 3 point shooting is not hitting, Clippers knows how to beat them?

That's the answer right there. When the Rockets is not hitting 3's or shoot at a low percentage, they will surely lose. I guess, their small ball won't really work specially in the playoffs. I mean they're not the GSW.
PJ Tucker as a starting center is still a joke. Though, they have been winning games, but I don't really trust their line up in the playoffs.

That's correct because they can't be so stable in the playoffs, that's a series, once the opposite team figure out how to stop their 3 point shooting, what would they do next?  they can't score in the inside so most probably they'll just rely too much on the outside, and the game is over.
They need to keep the rotations to workout, they are smaller now but if all of their key players will keep playing the monster game that they can be
it's not easy to any team to stop them, playoffs is different so for sure Rockets managements know this and they have the adjustment and not only
for shooting the rainbow arc but also attacking the weak side and take every advantages that they can get from their opponent.

There is no pressure on them as they will not make it t the playoffs, curry in his first game is maybe trying to figure out his good shooting stroke but that's alright, we all understand that and we are expecting being a real start he can level up his game again.

Why are you saying he's still figuring out? He's game is still there.

He has those quick releases in that game and that is really amazing since that is how we really admired Steph Curry. I think the only thing I can observe is that he is not moving that much unlike in his past games where he really moves around to shake his defender and make shoot the ball. Does this have to do with the fact that they will not be in the playoffs? I don't think this is because of his injury.

That user might be pointing to Curry's field goal percentage. 6/16 isn't Curry's usual so yes, he is finding the rhythm which is usual and common for a player that just came back after a quite long period of rest. But overall, even with that FG percentage, his overall stats on that game is impressive for a returning player that not played in 4 months because of injury. Not bad at all.

And guess what, Chase Center surely got an increase in their ticket sales now that Curry is back. A good bounce-back on sales now that there are only a few home games remaining on this season.

I notice that in that game, he wasn't taking a lot of shots especially in the last minutes of the game, its where he is good but the defense are very good on him, they did double curry and some good switch so he is force to pass the ball, unfortunately, his teammates is does not have the composure in close games so they loss, overall, this is a close game that Warriors could have won.

Curry is back, in his first game he scored 23 points but on a very bad shooting night. 3/12 in 2 point shooting, and he is currently on a max of 28 minutes restriction per game, today he played his max restriction but they still loses,.. hopefully his good shooting touches will be back soon.
Curry is already back and I noticed that his high arc shooting is better now even the tall guys will never reach it. I'm happy to see him back in action, his quickness and long range shots. Now it's too late to see him back knowing that his team can't make it to the playoffs this time. On the other game, Rockets vs Clippers is like playoffs already seems Russ, James and the rest of the team are not yet figure out how they will win consecutively.

He is definitely back, maybe some rust early on, missing shots, but he has shaken it already in the second quarter, hitting 3's in the game. Few more games and he will be back to his usual shooting night. However, they fell short in this game, but everyone in the GSW is very happy to see Steph back again.

I'm sure he is feeling healthy and probably will enjoy playing the rest of the game this season. I know the feeling of frustrations now being in the finals this year, but for sure GSW will be back with a healthy team next season and chase another ring.

Kudos to his performance but I don't think this will ever change the standing of their team. I guess that's all they have to make for their next games.

And that is to perform very well and just enjoy the entire series with their remaining games.

They do already have that thing in mind that theyve been gone on the list for those teams who would go or included to playoffs. For a long time of rest, its just normal for his body not to be directly on a tempo.

It will still need some time and adjustments before he can fully go back to his own playing style.Yeah, he made 23 points but accuracy isnt really that well but it isnt really that shocking though.

They should now enjoy the remaining games and be prepared on next season at least.

Situation has changed a bit in that race for that 8th spot in the Western Conference since i wrote that small overview of the candidates. Grizzlies had their 3rd win a row last night, Blazers are on the 2 wins in a ow, and 2 games behind Grizzlies, while i jinxed Pelicans, they had 3rd loss in a row last night, against Mavericks in the OT and situation doesn't look great at the moment as they are 5 games behind Grizzlies now. It won't be an easy thing to do, to reach them with only 21 game left.
Grizzlies will have some tough games at the end of regular season, maybe that could be their chance to catch them..

Stephen Curry injury update: Warriors star will make his return Thursday against the Raptors
What do you guys think? will it gives the warriors a chance to be in the playoffs, or its already late?
Curry would certainly give more excitement to us and hopefully as he comes back, we can still see him playing his old self.
Warriors are currently 17 games behind Grizzlies who are at at the 8th spot, while they only have 20 games left, so no way in hell they can catch that. Even Warriors from 2015/2016 would have issues with that, and on top of that, Grizzlies and other teams like Blazers, Spurs and Pelicans would have to loose huge majority of games.
I guess Curry will play just casually until end of the season, he won't force himself and risk another injury

It's essentially over for the pelicans.  5 back with 20 to go and 4-5 teams in front of you, it would take a miracle to get the 8th spot.

It was just a horrendous  shooting night for Rockets. When you shoot 7/43 for three points, you can't expect  to win against weak teams, let alone one of the main contenders, Clippers. On top of that, Clippers exploited their small lineup with Harrell and especially Zubac, 2 very good centers. I still can't believe how easily Lakers got rid off very talented and still young center Zubac, and for  Mike Muscala, who  played like crap for them, and they eventually get rid of him. That was one of the weirder trades I've seen in a while, made no sense at the time, and still doesn't.

This small ball lineup is for sure interesting to watch and kudos to Rockets for trying it, but i doubt that they can go far with this tactic.
